This past weekend I booked a room for me and my boyfriend and we were disappointed when trying to take a shower the water power was not there and when it came on it got everywhere, we requested for a spa bath didn’t get that, there was a conference going on so the quiet get away wasn’t so quiet

Have to pay for breakfast

Breakfast was to expensive should not have to pay 16.99 for full breakfast when you can get full breakfast with stay at most places

well the property only had 1 elevator working which made a long wait and the room wasn't great the bed wasn't comfortable just didn't seem pleasant

Large and very comfortable and well equipped King Bed room with option to bring our pet dog. Included quite good breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from

Window heat and A/C unit worked well but personal preference for quieter central air systems.

I found a roach in my room and because I booked through a third party, I couldn’t get my money back. I was offered a free drink at the bar and a water and some chips instead.

Terrible location. Seen roaches. Tub was filthy and had hairs in it. Hair dryer didn’t work.
