L'emplacement et la vue. Le personnel de l'hôtel. Très bon restaurant
Personne n'est venu faire la chambre malgré la pancarte mise. Les serviettes et draps jaunis. Balcon du pavillon en vieux bois et rouillé.

How close we were to the water
The patio door latch wasn't working properly so the door didn't lock. Also the pool is a distance away in a different building, therefore not ideal.

Just in front of the beach. You can watch the sunrise and sunset!!!
I was at the yellow Pavillon which is separated from the main building, which is much more modern and with all commodities.

The toilet has a very low flush , which makes it hard for feces to go down

didn’t expect to be staying apart from hotel. the pavilion is kind of like a motel cut off from main building. good if it’s summer and you want to be on the water.

I didn’t have to sleep in the work van
We ended up in a room 100m away from the main hotel. It was a snowstorm outside, and our room was freezing cold upon arrival. Didn’t get to enjoy anything at the main hotel.

Room was comfortable and quiet, very nice view of the water felt like you were aboard a cruise ship (withpout the motion) when looking out the window at high tide.
Room service was non existant (even after requesting it), maybee this was because it was winter and the room service is from the main building but it is still unacceptable

NEEDED TO KEEP REMINDING STAFF THAT THE ICE MACHINE WAS EMPTY..

The sunset view.
The room was not clean. When we got in, the room smelt like fish or smoke. The bathroom was filthy! The toilet and bathtub were not cleaned. Rust and stains everywhere. The door to the balcony could not be opened. Definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing.

very minor things like the toilet lever did not reset automaticaly i have to reset it manually and there was no batteries in the air conditionning unit
