Need towel racks, rooms were Smokey, no coins for laundry, pool was dirty.

It was in the perfect location. Shopping centers all around and Black Bear Dinner was walking distance from our rooms. Perfect spot to stay😎.

Property was clean. A few minor things needed to be fixed but the staff took care of it with no problems 👍🏼

The bed linens were clean, but the bathroom was in a bad conservation state.

The ceiling had adhesive tape all over it, and the bathroom had bad stains in the walls. We also heard a lot of noise from the adjoining room, so beware if you’re a light sleeper.

The location is great. Walkable to Target and restaurants.

The pool area is nice but the umbrellas didn’t work and the hot tub didn’t work. The breakfast could have had more too.

Breakfast definitely needs an upgrade from nothing to something.

I was overall happy with the manager, staff, and the room at this property. I didn't like the fact that I was called into work early morning and I tried to call to extend my room that I had already stayed at for 3-4 nites. I left some of my belongings in the room thinking I would be staying or extending again for the nite. When I called numerous times and I mean numerous, including emailer this property I was not able to get threw not one time! I had this problem on a couple occasions, calling front desk and not being able to speak with someone. To this day I never was able to get my clothes, shower items ( that are on the pricey side... At least 200$ worth of my toilettes) some clothes and my laundry soap. Not very convenient that I was not able to reach them. This was a very big inconvenience for me and very upsetting at the time. The last time I stayed here I had the same problem with calling the front desk. Not only did this problem occur but I stayed here 3 nite prior and I had 2 major problems..... The first problem was I was checked into my room and was literally getting out the shower, and getting dressed and somebody I didn't know walked into my room, and had the key! I was in total and complete shock. The front desk accidently checked another party into my room that I had paid for. How embarrassing to say the least and very unprofessional. I am a very understanding person but how embarrassing!! How could they not see room was already occupied. So right away I tried using the room phone to call the front desk and I couldn't get threw either on the room phone and my mobile phone. I honestly feel like this should never happen at hotel/resort ever to anyone. I honestly feel like I should have been compensated for this situation.

we were on the second floor and the room above us sounded like kids were left by themselves and they were jumping off the furniture and running around, it didn’t stop til around 10pm. around 10:30 ish I heard adult voices and the noise’s stopped. The room was non smoking and smelled strongly of cigarette and marijuana. the smoke detector was disconnected from the ceiling and in one of the kitchenette cabinets. when I went to the front desk the night clerk was very sweet and asked if I’d like some room spray, but there was nothing that could be done…

the breakfast advertised was not as expected. By the time my family and I went to the Breakfast area, which was close to an hour after breakfast began, there was hardly anything to choose from. There were about 4 bagels in the plastic bag next to the bread container where it looked like it should have been stored, 3 small cereal boxes with no milk and that was all that was offered. Also, my family and I were confused as to why the shower only had one door making the floor wet.

Location. Building seemed new.

Dirty room. Dirty walls and floor in bathroom. Fresh stains on bed coverlet. Water left in coffee maker. Awkward entry and inconvenient parking. Dirty elevator.

Staff was very cooperative and friendly.

When I checked in it took a long time to get a luggage cart and that was only after insisting due to my disability. I had to leave my room to get the proper remotes for the tv. I expected more breakfast options than cold cereal and bagels. Im diabetic. I had to go find food elsewhere. I specifically selected your hotel due to breakfast option to save time before my meeting.

There was no breakfast for the whole time we were there.other than that it was great. Thank you. I'm also glad that the ice maker worked the whole time.

It's a modern place with good rooms. The location of this place is convenient and within 10 minutes drive to ferry.

We stayed here for the third time and clearly saw how service quality declined over the time. Tired and unkindly staff, not willing to deal with problems. The room next to us smoked pot with the smell all around the place. All that receptionist offered us is to give them a call. They didn't move us to other room either. They sad the hotel is booked, but there were literally three cars on the street. I suggest you to find another place to stay.
