Location of our room was very noisy. Restaurant staff was somewhat rude on Friday eve and Saturday at breakfast. Expensive for what we got. Pool cold.

There were 4 trains that passed in the night blowing their horns in Perth. Not a good place for sleeping. In the bathroom we could hear the room nextdoor constantly hacking and coughing. A lack of privacy in the bathroom. Could hear another room loud and clear. No fan in the bathroom. That could have blocked the noise from the other room. The breakfast was awful. The pancakes are massive and thick cakes of dough. The Greek yoghert was not Greek yoghert - it was runny vanilla yoghert. Nice dining room. Hotel is over priced but nice and clean and friendly staff.

No vent in washroom ..no heat or air conditioning worked in room . 25 degrees had to open window ...staff didn't answer call. No one at front desk .to address issue .

The breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed the night we stayed. It is good location for discovering Perth, everything was in walking distance.
