Would have been nice to have a robe in the closet, I have stayed in similar rooms that supplied robe’s and to me that is a nice bonus

the room was clean and very spacious and not expecting all the amenites in the room

not enough handicap parking and the toilets are low and hard to use

Spacious room with great facilities.

Bingo night on Friday for the teenagers. It was excellent and very entertaining for them.

Hotel was very central to many things, a nice trail running along side it, lots of parking, staff were extremely polite and everything was very clean. We would definitely book another room there if we were in the area again!

the presentation was exceptional, very accommodating as my mother needed a banana for health and they got that for her. All was hot and plentiful

Loved the size of the room and the hotel itself. Loved the bingo night!

Did not appreciate never having my room cleaned. Asked daily and they never did it. Never replaced the toilet paper. Had to ask for towels multiple times. Garbages never emptied. This has to change for the price you pay - covid is over the rooms need to be cleaned. At the very least a housekeeper needs to go in and change certain things. Not ok.

The breakfast was excellent. They had sausages, eggs, waffles, fruit, toast, cereal, and lots more. We were even surprised with a managers treat giving everyone a light dinner of salad and soup etc ... free of charge. It saved us at least another $60 since we didnt have to go out for dinner. I believe they do this once a week. Quite pleased! I also took advantage of their exercise room and pool, so definitely got my monies worth! It is a quick walk to the St Jacob's Farmers market, so the location was perfect too.

The next morning the carpet smelled like dead animal. The smell was coming from downstairs

The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable and the heating/cooling system in the room was horrible! You could not control the flow at all 😥

our room was a suite , and smelt badly of , cooking odours , curry . very expensive too
