Breakfast had a nice spread. Had a waffle maker with batter so you could make your own. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and big
TV would only show a select few US channels. No casting capabilities from tour phone or other devices. The bathroom especially the shower is so small and old with a tiny shower head and barely enough water pressure. Fridge in the room didn’t really get cold. No vegetarian milk or dairy alternatives offered - I had to buy my own and bring it every morning for breakfast. So many little things that could have been better tbh. The transport available wasn’t great either - lots of connections and changes. Not very tourist friendly

An amazing swimming pool and the breakfast was varied and changed each day.
The hotel was located far from any public transport and was about an hour into DC. If you are planning to visit the sites you need to have a car or be prepared to use Uber.

Location and friendly staff. Free parking.
Website showed dinner services that were not available. Room a/c was bad. The room had a funny smell. The hotel lobby and hallways were way too hot and felt like no a/c. Had a shuttle service to downtown with hotel vehicles that was not available to hotel guests.

Receptionist should be expressive when we said like checkout… the person at check in was awesome

Breakfast was exceptional compared to other hotels, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We have a special needs adult with us and they were very helpful
There was a loud banging noise coming from (laundry?), that we could hear in our room

Le manque de propreté générales.
L’emplacement dans une zone peu rassurante.
Mauvaise expérience avec des voisins de chambre qui ont mis la musique à fond jusqu’à 1h00 du matin devant un personnel hôtelier totalement impuissant.

Everything about this hotel was great. The rooms were clean and fresh, quality toiletries, spacious rooms, and the breakfast was very good.

No tengo un punto positivo que destacar.
La habitación tenía una pared rota las cosas de metal estaban oxidadas ( lamparas, enchufes, ventilación) la bañera tenía pelos y las camas no son para nada comodas.

Heater did not work; set to 80, made it to 68. Rear steps need to be marked or painted yellow on the edges. Someone could easily twist their ankle or trip (Sorry, safety engineer).

Room was clean and specious. Morning break fast was very good. Perfect location for families visit DC . Lady Reception staff explained very well how to catch the near by metro train and how to go to DC tourist attractions
Cable TV was not working. There are no good restaurants near by. Our access card was not working when we returned to room on second day night. When I complained to receptionist, (male staff) he was very rude and I had to walk couple of times to reception to get it fixed. That was a terrible experience from a reputed hotel staff

Room cold as ever ! Window AC ghetto and scary ! I literally had to put on two outfits out my bag ! Hopefully I atleast get my deposit back like they said ! Because everything else looks a lil shady there . It was quiet although give it that .

Didn’t realize our room was going to be in a whole different building than the hotel lobby with 3 flights of stairs attached. There was no transportation to the city, the metro wasn’t close enough to walk which caused us to spend $$$$ on Ubers there and back from the metro. Pool wasn’t opened yet and housekeeping stayed knocking on my door numerous times even though the do not disturb sign was on our handle

the fact that there aren’t balcony’s for the rooms and the picture of the building is very misleading.
