It was a good get away weekend . The staff was good and the room was ok . But its not Vegas . We did however have a good time.
When we went to check out they charged us more for our room then what Booking.com had quoted us .

I've stayed here before, and enjoyed both times. Bed this time was uncomfortable due to a dip in the middle. Lady who checked us in was AMAZING! She talked to us, laughed with us,great customer service skills. Best hang on to her!

The room was neat and clean. Was able to sleep and heard no noise from the room above us or next to us. The room, hallway, elevator & lobby was very clean.
The room when 1st there did not have enough bath towels for two people to take a shower. Had to get more from house keeping. The hot tub was not working.

There was no place to park anywhere. No parking on the street, no signs to where you could park to check in. Parked in a loading zone to check in. No one could direct me to the hotel check in.

I’ve stayed at silver legacy for a long time everything was great excerpt the check in the lady that helped us out seemed like she was being forced to help us didn’t even smile energy was off those things matter second time I was helped by a younger lady with glasses was much nicer

Location was great! Rooms were clean and neat! Staff was professional and friendly! Hotel offered plenty of options for dinning and cocktails as well. Looking forward to staying there again!

Its was pretty quiet when you stay in the middle of the week, VS the weekend, thats for sure! I never heard a peep out of anyone at night. Great shower! I was on the 14th floor and had a wonderful view.
Bed is a wee bit too hard for me. Other than that, everything was good.

The location in a casino and attached to other casinos. The room had modern decor and bathroom.
The entire property wreaked of smoke. Even in our room. It smelled so bad in our room that I didn’t want to breathe which made it difficult to go to sleep. I realize it’s a casino but it seems they could limit smoking areas and have better air exchange.

Water heats up fast
I reserved a King bed room and was given 2 doubles. This was the first day of our honeymoon and we had an uncomfortable bed. I was VERY upset and the staff was not helpful at all. A $25 food and beverage credit was not enough! Cannot believe this happened at a Caesar property!!!

Man lebt in einem geschlossenen Universum. In dem Hotel-Casino-Komplex gibt es alles: Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeit usw. Die Preise sind nicht höher, als außerhalb. Auch wenn wir die Zusatzangebote nicht genutzt haben, man hatte Zugang zu einem großen Pool, Sauna, Fitnessbereich,...
Anscheinend ist das Hotel auf Stammgäste eingestellt. Wichtige Informationen wurden nicht vorab kommuniziert: Man muss *zuerst* in das (richtige) Parkhaus fahren (Eingang North Sierra St.) und von dort in die Lobby zum Check-in. Vor dem Komplex gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten, das Auto abzustellen, außerdem führen die Türen von der Straßenebene direkt ins Casino und eben nicht in die Lobby. Wenn man nicht weiß, wie man ins Parkhaus gelangt, sucht man ewig. Einchecken kann nur derjenige, der auch gebucht hat - da meine Frau nicht den gleichen Nachnamen hat, wie ich, wurde sie abgewiesen. Beim Check-in wird man mit Informationen überschüttet, die aber nur digital auf einem Lesegerät auftauchen. Die Ruhe, sich das alles am Schalter durchzulesen haben wahrscheinlich nur die Wenigsten.
