Location was great you could walk into Powell River and easy access to shops restaurants and the coastline

Comfortable room. Good breakfast selection.

In spite of name location was further from the tourist centre than we expected.

It was close walking distance to dinning options and leisure activities.

The staff were not helpful and eager to accommodate your needs. Short staffed in the housekeeping department but when I asked the front desk for new towels and to empty the garbage they failed too do it! We had stayed three nights and on our last night we received fresh towels and our garbage emptied. The room was not made up in anyway. I was disappointed by this. Hopefully they can staff there departments fully in the future.

The breakfast was good.

Noisy sounds kept me awake every night. There was no restaurant service for dinner. Beds were too hard to sleep on.

No gym

Free continental breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice ….. muffins/pastries/bagels/toast,Yogurt and fruit , tea, coffee, juice. Lots of room in the restaurant to find a table. Rooms were very clean and beds super comfy. Small fridge and a keurig coffee machine in room too. We stayed here for our sons hockey tournament once before and came back because it’s a great hotel for the price/ location.

The outdoor hot tub was closed.

pet friendly, even had a pet bed and dishes in room.
