The dorm was located in a far back bedroom in the basement. It felt unsafe. I was not allowed to bring a pillow due to bedbugs in the past. Plus the staff was cold and not welcoming. I ended up going elsewhere.

There was absolutely nothing left online anywhere for a one night stay and had driven five hours and needed a place to sleep for the night. We were welcomed around 11pm, were able to take showers and get some sleep.

The room was very small. Not ideal for anyone that doesn’t like enclosed spaces. It was a nice nice night, we were able to open the windows let some air in and made it feel a bit better in there.

Decent value. Good location.

There wasn’t anywhere to rest your things in the washroom, like a hook for a towel and a shelf for your toiletries and clothes while you were having a shower.

Stuffing 5 people in a basement room with little to no air ventilation. Washroom was not clean(only 1 toilet amongst 10+ people). The landlord/host made the customers follow social distancing when it came to interacting with them. Amongst the tenants however there was no social distancing.

Felt NOT SAFE and NOT WELCOME! BARELY SLEPT! After many hours drive, I expected better than meeting a grumpy, unhelpful and angry manager. We all have our bad days. However, it shouldn't impact relationship with clients. His behavior was UNPROFESSIONAL.

The bedding was pretty comfortable

It was very dirty. The worst was the bathroom. There was a strong oignon smelling all around the property. The guy who check me in, was really strange and not welcoming at all. I highly don’t recommend that place.
