El personal de housecaping muy mal educado si yo reservo un hotel y la entrada es 4 pm estoy pagando como si ese día me lo pasará entero y la salida es a las 11 me están robando un día como van a ir a mi cuarto a sacarme a las 9 am eso es una mala educación y tocar la puerta como si fueran ellos los que estuvieran pagando mal servicio

JUST off Disney property, so much better value, still family friendly and very close to Disney Springs and the parks. Loved that the Lynx bus was only a few steps away. Easy access to Disney Springs to continue on to the free Disney buses. Only one change to get to and from the Orlando Airport by bus, also.
Room was a TINY bit dingy. Could be a little brighter, but I'm truly splitting hairs

La ubicación, las vistas y las habitaciones. Queda cerca de todo.
Mi habitación tenia unos bichitos no me importo mucho pero si habia en la zona del microondas. Y el ruido de la autopista es constante creo que si bien tienen las habitaciones contención de ruido se escucha un poco igual. Contiene transporte gratis a los parques

Eu gostei pq é muito próximo dos parques da Disney , o magic kindown é 13 dólares de Uber , já o Hollywood deu 16 dólares de Uber (por trecho), então nem alugamos carros
Banheiro estava entupido e o chuveiro com vazamento , deixando alagado o banheiro , falamos na recepção e a recepcionista nem deu bola , todo dia reclamávamos e ia alguém limpar o banheiro porém resolver o problema nao , outro ponto é o Wi-Fi , não funcionava e sentimos descaso dos atendentes

Vazamento no banheiro e falta de educação do pessoal da recepção , no site diz que tem transfer p universal , mas o que não falam é que o transfer é as 10h da manhã e retorna as 16hrs , oi?? Como assim o parque abre as 8 e fecha as 20h , se vc quiser transfer “gratuito” vc perde 6 hrs de parque ..

The look of the property was appealing in booking.com. The location is good. It was spread out and I could hear a fountain close to our building.
As an older property in a highly touristic city, it shows its age. The carpet smell and around the toilet area affects the aura of the room.

The location was perfect for travel to Disney World Parks. The housekeepers cleaned daily, which was so nice. We had clean towels and wash clothes everyday. The pool area was clean and well taken care of, along with having clean towels available when you got out of the pool.

The pool was nice, the kid enjoyed the splash zone. Room coffee was refilled, which was nice! Free transfer to Disney parks.
