Location was perfect and the property was awesome. Good hotel and nice pools.
Excellent for playing golf and tennis.
Price was a little high per night and parking should be for free because of the price per night.

Cleanliness and lack of things to do for children.
Our room had left over food in fridge. There was a container of pringles behind a curtain that did NOT belong to us and a receipt under the bed from 2 weeks ago! The staff seemed annoyed with children at the breakfast buffet. When I brought the cleanliness up to the staff, nothing was done but “ we will inform house keeping “

Very nice hotel with great amenities!
They charge for everything including using the gym. Parking is a little messy. It cost 29 dollars a day to self park and you are left having to walk a pretty good distance to get to the hotel. They have a shuttle service but it was only operating one day out of the 5 I was there.

The property was beautiful! The entire staff was over the top friendly! They did a great job of keeping the property clean. The rooms are very nice, perfect for my family of 4.

Beautiful inside and out. This resort is HUGE. The beauty of all the conference rooms. Love all the eating options as well as the mini grocery store on the first floor. The four pools were amazing. The green from the golf course was a wonderful backdrop. This is a hidden gem right in the city of Orlando.

the parking they wanted us to pay $30 for parking which I think should be included in the price not an add on..

The amenities
The room was dirty. Hair all over bathroom and tub. Could see soap scum on walls in shower. Dusty. Can tell most of the room wasn’t actually cleaned.

The property is beautifully maintained and the employees are friendly. Very clean and the food is delicious. The A Land Remembered Restaurant is one of the best restaurants around. The Spa is very enjoyable too.
There’s no entertainment at night. Live music, dancing or outdoor movies would make the resort top notch.
