Better than I was expecting for the price! All interactions at the front desk were very pleasant, and we were given extra pillows without hesitation. The room was a good size and clean. We showed up towards the end of breakfast and it would have just been "so so" as they were out of eggs, but the lady there made extra for my partner and I, which was greatly appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and the building was clean. The bed were very comfortable.
There was barely any hot food available for breakfast each day.

Breakfast was good had good variety. only thing is bacon went fast but they refilled that quite frequently so no major complaints
The sidewalk out side was very icy and no Melter was ever put on it so it would have been nice to see them try and get the ice melted

Breakfast adequate considering COVID. Available very early am. Good coffee
Mix-up in billing. But they straightened it out with no hassle =. Manager was apologetic.

When we got in room lights were burned out only above bed light worked . Shower was terrible water dripped out of it ( calcium buildup so bad ) bathroom dirty hair in corners of the bathroom floor . Didn’t use duvet it smelled so bad . The bed wouldn’t stay up against the wall . When we went to push it back up to wall between bed and wall so dirty. Bed was not comfortable very hard . No extra blanket in room . In the morning after a terrible sleep the cleaning persons yell back and forth to each other very loudly….when I went to check one was down at one end of hallway and other at other end of hallway ( yelling back and forth ) TERRIBLE !!
