Large clean rooms. Very quiet despite full occupancy. Good location for an en route stopover

Would have preferred two queen beds rather than two doubles. The rooms are large enough for two queens. The restaurant onsite was pricey for the offerings. Better to go thirty seconds down the road for better food at better prices. There are many restaurants available

I like nothing, you didn't considere my reservation, even with the payment done and the # of the reservation, you never give me a room. That was my worst experience, not even a place to stay even with the reservation. The staff didnt help didnt do nothing, its horrible. Not even a refound at this time

Terrible value for amount paid! Room was dated and dirty, surfaces sticky, hair in bath tub. Air conditioner needed service didn’t cool room and was loud. I expected more as I paid a weekend premium which amounted to $100. More than regular rate. I was extremely disappointed.

Easy to get in and out of. Comfortable beds and clean.

No shampoo in the room, we inky had 2 towels there were 3 of us booked.

No elevator, not up to fire code… stairs to narrow to facilitate equipment needed for evacuation. Although stated, breakfast was not included.

That it was right off the highway.

Bed was hard, but we were exhausted from a 13 hr drive and i was in alot of pain but we managed to sleep, not enough towels for 4 people. No electricity. Did not realize that a/c and hair dryer could not be on at the same time and cut the electricity. My husband had to go to the front desk twice to get assistance. Garbage had not been empty and the fridge freezer was quite frozen over, looks like it hadn't been thawed out in sometime.

The restaurant location was perfect.

The hotel certainly requires updates and repairs. I assumed the name Travelodge would have better facilities.The lamp on the table had the plug showing bare wires and the base of the lamp was rusted. After an exhausting day of driving, and much needed shower, as I was using the hotel supplied hair dryer, the power went out in our room. About an hour later the amazing young lady from the front desk got our power back on.

Felt unsafe. No key to outside door. Worried someone could get in. Had to go through inside door to access outside door. Very inconvenient. Booked here because restaurant was in hotel. Upon arrival was informed it was closed.

Cleanliness, friendly staff

Lack of lighting, double door access, no wifi, no dead bolt on the door that leads to the outside. When my partner and I arrived, it was dark and there was nothing on the actual building that said travelodge.. it had a completely different name.. only a sign facing the road that looked very out of place as nothing else we had seen said travelodge on it..so we thought we were in the wrong place. One of the reasons I figured out we were in the right place was because the paperwork of a person in-front of us said travelodge at the top and the address was the same as my confirmation email… If you’re going to advertise it as a travelodge you might wanna make sure you make others aware that the place itself has a different name so they don’t get confused thinking they are in the wrong place. Also, trying to watch the tv and using someone’s Netflix feels very weird….

The hotel location was excellent, close to many restaurants and shopping centers.

The air conditioning did not work, and the internet signal was weak.

Up to the standard. Very spacious room, functional bathroom, courtesy coffee bag (only one, not replaced daily), fridge, comfortable beds, in-situ restaurant and bar. Interesting breakfast offer for little money, but unfortunately served only from 6 to 8.

A bit noisy from slamming doors in neighbouring rooms. Extremely weak wifi (this is my main complaint). No soundproof windows. I do not know if they cleaned the room at all in three days: the bed, at least, was not once serviced, neither was the coffepot rinsed. Not a big problem for me, but I think that should be included in the price. Location not so convenient, but I guess it's normal for North America.

Our stay at Motel Blanchet was OK. Close to highway with easy access. Dated but clean. Laundry facilities on site ($). Staff were good. Attached restaurant with good food and decent prices.

Booked a queen room but was assigned to room with 2 double beds. Booking confirmation only read "1 night, room" so could not dispute. No elevator, stair access only to second floor.
