Excellent lication, very clean, great customer service, and with all necessities in the room for business. Loved free coffee with pastry in the morning.

Excellent boutique hotel. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Very central location - middle of Boston not that big and so can walk pretty to everything. Will definitely come back.

Two things annoyed me: that I didn't have a desk in my room at which to work - even just a table and chair, and the other was having to pay have a proper coffee at breakfast rather than something straight out of a flask. These are minor critiques though and did not detract from my stay.

The room does not worth the value I paid. The breakfast could have been more freely for people to choose their partry.

Extremely clean (and I am very particular) and very functional; within walking distance of EVERYTHING! Staff were very accommodating, and extremely polite and welcoming. Our room had a ceiling leak on the first night and Chris ensured that we were relocated, our clothes that had been soiled were washed, and we were compensated. We will definitely be rebooking here when we’re in town next x

The pressure of water wasn't good..

The staff were extremely helpful and kind at the front desk. The front of the hotel was very modern and cute.

The room was probably the height of modern in 1997. absolutely needs an update. Why were there a VCR and DVD player? The carpets in the hallway and room grossed me out and I got weird bites at the bottom of my legs over night although it was end of September and cold. It was all just very uncomfortable.
