Breakfast is yummy. The pool area is so comfy and relaxing!
The shower room is too small. And the rain shower will have loud huge noise after using a while.

Pool and poolside bar advertised on website but not open . We specifically chose a hotel we could relax by the pool at. No wash cloths left when room was cleaned . Asked for some and they brought hand towels only.

Great overall of a hotel. We really enjoyed the interaction with the front desk staff as they are all great and informative. Jared and Jerin are fabulous they went above and beyond for us,

The place was beautiful with friendly, efficient staff. The downstairs lobby area and bar were sophisticated and comfortable. There were many amenities including a fiberglass pool table, piano, beautiful couches and books available for guests.

The hotel had bad communication with staff as we got charged twice not very good I do hope the payments get reversed quickly

The amount in booking is not the correct amount. They charged us extra 300$ and more for resort fee and tax. The beds are small, don’t fit to 2 person, the smell is terrible. Never ever go there again

Housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms properly
Everything seemed shady since they changed from Mr C to Cameo no branding whatsoever on the rooms or hotel
Empty plastic water bottle in rooms with no logo and they removed the branding and expect you to drink it.
Our guests staying with us got allergies from
Poor hygiene in rooms and dust, hallways are all dusty worn out.
All Front desk staff are unhelpful and rude and never cared to do anything about our comments.
Will never recommend this to anyone.

The bathroom needs a fan due to moisture and steam since there is no door on the shower. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom.

I have been staying at Cipriani's for many years -Globally. The Beverly hills location is basically destroying the brand. This is not Cipriani's. The hotel is being ran to the ground . Obviously the GM of the place has no idea about Hospitality, or Cipriani. The pandemic is over the hotel needs to fire the current management and bring in new people to run the place.... How good could your stay be when at check in your offered water for your room to bring upstairs with you... Yes I Like luxury and I want everything done for me and I want it all now .. But guess what I am willing to pay for it so are many others. We come there expecting this type of service, but that location is just not providing. The worst part about it is that whole feeling of luxury, cleanliness and service is no longer part of the beverly hills location. Don't take my word for it- just walk into the place. Its not just 1 thing it's everything....

the room was very noisy,wind did enter from the balcony room, wind was blowing in the room.

My second stay at Mr. C in Beverly Hills was just as perfect as my first one back in 2019. The hotel's outstanding staff always goes above and beyond in making guests feel welcome, with my teenage daughter being treated with exceptional care. The hotel is ideally located, while the rooms are well-maintained and beautifully decorated to provide a luxurious experience. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, this aspect was top-notch. Plus, the view from the room is breathtaking!
The delicious breakfast and lunch options offered by the hotel were truly excellent, although a bit pricey they were worth the cost. Special thanks to Arreyon and Andrew for their outstanding hospitality, making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Mr. C will be my first choice next time I visit Beverly Hills.
I was charged twice for our stay, but this issue was fixed very fast. When you book through booking.com and pay in advance, it happens. Just be aware and monitor your transactions. The hotel staff responded to me very fast and fixed the issue. Other than that, everything at Mr. C in Beverly Hills was perfect.

We had a night here as a stop over before flying back to London. The hotel kindly let us check out later as we had an overnight flight. The Restaurant was very good. The room was really good as was the rest of the hotel. All in all a really enjoyable experience.

The staff at Mr. C's Hotel in Beverly Hills treated us like honored guests. Brock Taylor, Trent, and Andrew were particularly helpful and excited to make our stay at this property a "dream come true". The hotel is beautifully decorated in a very modern Italianate fashion and the rooms are large, spacious, airy, and light. The bed is extremely comfortable. This is truly a five-star property.
There was nothing I did not like about the stay at this hotel. It was perfect.

They didn’t give me the right room.
I called and the lady said everything was booked she couldn’t move me because all rooms were booked even though I had booked prior to that day. It wasn’t till I mentioned getting some kind of refund paying for something I’m not receiving. She then quickly put me on hold because she said she was going to ask her manager he then quickly picks up and tells me, I’m sorry I just found a king size bed room though we didn’t have any. I go to the room and it’s on 3rd floor and just a whole lot of leaf branches on the porch. When indeed I had paid for city view. So we ended keeping the room on 10th floor. It turns out we turn on the heater at 85 it was freezing cold raining crazy weather 1 hr pases by no heating we call maintenance they said a valve was turned off so he fixed it he said but all night we were freezing cold that I had to call front desk for 4 more blankets.
