Kamer was prima, bedden waren uitstekend en kamer was schoon. Personeel hielp mij vriendelijk en waar nodig, daarnaast is er ook een popcornmachine waar je gratis popcorn kan pakken wat een leuk detail is. Ontbijt was in orde, echter niet hoogstaand er was een lopend buffet waar je wat brood, wafels en andere etenswaren kon halen. Locatie was prima en dicht bij het centrum met de auto.

Kamer oogt wel wat oud. Douche in de badkamer was niet geweldig en viel wat tegen.

Covered in 6” of snow but the walks were shoveled and the plow was working the drives. Loved the popcorn. The breakfast was phenomenal!

The astronomical price that was charged! Ridiculous. AND not to be able to gain points after staying here????? Poor customer service and company decision for sure. After spending $296 for a room (which I would happily pay if it were beach side) is an insult not to gain points/rewards.

From thee moment we arrived we were treated amazing. The front desk people were awesome and understood everything we asked for. The restaurant we were recommended was fantastic. She had also been to our home state and home town and said she loved it. That night the beds were the most comfortable of our entire 5 day adventure which took us to a different hotel every night. The next morning Breakfast was amazing and the staff was the most courteous and kid staff we have ever encountered at a hotel. If all hotels could follow this ones example travelers would be much more happy to stay in hotels.

Not a thing. This just didn't have anything that could be better. Ok maybe cookies when you arrive but that would be about it. This is truly an amazing hotel and staff.

Location was good. Beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Mold in grout in shower/tub. Layer of dust on hair dryer rack and lotion dispenser. Keys didn’t work to get into pool area.

Overall, nice room , clean, nice staff and adequate, if not necessarily elaborate breakfast. Think was good value and nice place to stay. Thank you.

Had dog noise and bad smells in hall area. Would like to see no-pet area of hotel to stay for pet allergy guests. Thank you!

We were only there for one night. The room was nice and had a little bar area with a fridge, microwave. It did include breakfast the next morning, however we left early so we did not partake. We did not stay long enough to say more than that. Check in was easy. Access to the room and parking was nice.

I loved the area with free coffee all day, water, popcorn, etc. That was very welcome!

While our room was accessible which was important for my mother, it seemed it was a room in very rough shape. Wall stains, spackle not painted over, many broken or cracked places in the shower, bathroom door knob was loose and did not lock, wall and curtain stains, etc. There was trash still in the bins from previous guests. Not sure if our room was this way just because it was one of the closest to the lobby.

The refrigerator didn’t work the first day, the air conditioning wouldn’t cool below 70 degrees, the room keys had to be reprogrammed every day, the front desk clerk didn’t care about our needs when we asked for a nearby restaurant. The breakfast clerk was rude and the breakfast was nothing great. The coffee was terrible. But the bed was comfortable. This place was nothing like I expected and cost way too much for all the troubles we encountered. We will not return.

The variety of breakfast items was good. Really good coffee.

The hot breakfast foods were blech! Except the waffles were good. Butter too cold. Wouldn't spread on anything. Not enough soap.Maid service not clear.

Everything was awesome! The location was easy to go to attractions and trails. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was really good and was changed up every day. The cookies and popcorn at 3:00 was wonderful.

That my cost of staying was not what was reserved and quoted. Was only $5.00 difference. I complained and they refunded $3.40.

We asked the desk to replace broken door handle and toilet seat lid. No one did! We were there 4 nights.

I asked for housekeeping to come by our room and they never came. We also arrived and the shower didn’t have a shower curtain.
