I could not figure out how to book the shuttle. Emailed the helpdesk and instead of booking it they gave me the number (not the email) of the reception. I couldn't get through to the reception and so took a taxi. It took forever and was expensive, the taxi driver kept shaking his head and saying "the hotel is in Revere!"

Unfortunately my flight was at 5:25am and I was unable to enjoy your breakfast this time around.
Just bad timing for me that your in-hotel restaurant was closed for remodel :-)

Close to Boston airport with a free shuttle - Uno restaurant was conveniently next door with good food and good prices. Very quiet- no street noise - good value will come back again.

The very friendly staff, the good breakfast. The free shuttle service to the airport was a big help as long as it was booked in advance.
The location- next time I’d choose a hotel near to a Train/Subway station.

Very shabby hotel. Lighting in room very poor. Old air conditioning noisy. Mattress needed replacing.

Clean, looks like 5 stars, staff where professional looking, has airport transportation, has infused water in the front once you enter, breakfast is affordable, room has fridge and microwave! thats a plus!

Most of your employees that's too young you know nothing about the hospitality business nor do they care so I would choose carefully who you hire in the hospitality business but overall it was a great day thank you

Excellent Breakfast&Hostess..4Stars!! Great Staff from Shuttle Drivers, to Front Desk, etc
They did great job all around

The staff was amazing, especially Cathy. She was helpful since the beginning when we were at the airport in need of an airport shuttle that we forgot to book in advance.
Complimentary snacks and drinks (water, coffee, tea) are always available at the reception 24/7
The water pressure was weak
