Everything was top notch! Thanks very much for a beautiful place to stay a few days

Debra was very generous in providing us with breakfast supplies including fruit, bagels, milk, cereal coffee and tea!

The family suite is spacious and clean but there is no view because it is a bit dark and there are no views because it is in the basement.

The only thing we liked was the student that was hired to oversee the continental breakfast which you served yourself in the morning.

The owner...not personable at all. Owner asked for full payment the minute we arrived. The misadvertising of the view from back deck, there was no view. The continental breakfast that was advertised as a hot, cook to order breakfast. The bedroom offered differed from the bedroom paid for...so small, could not turn around in it. Dirty carpet going upstairs to bedrooms. Owner/hostess never there for the duration of our stay. Bedspread and sheets felt and looked like they came from Walmart The towels were old and rough.

It was quiet and well maintained

We stayed in the spacious downstairs family suite and it was so nice to have the kids in a separate bedroom. It felt very clean, private, and comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light so it didn't feel like you were in a basement. The kids were also thrilled that they got to sleep in separate beds. The kitchen was enormous and very well stocked, and we appreciated the in-unit laundry. Deborah, the host, even left us some breakfast in the fridge because we would have to leave very early the next day.

The only complaint - and it's a very minor one - is that the sofa in the living room was so old that it had pretty much no padding left to it. The rest of the furniture was perfectly comfortable.

Nice house and common room

Room was way too small. It barely fit the double bed—No bureau or even a place to put a suitcase. Needed to put the suitcase on the bed every time I needed something and then close it up in the corner again. Smallest room I’ve ever been in.

Felt “motelish”. We were not even greeted when we arrived. A couple of other guests staying actually provided information on the rules. Never met the host. One of the other guests took over the breakfast table and ran a zoom business meeting one night. This location provided a roof over your head, but none of the personalized service we saw at other B&B’s on our trip.

Decent place, comfortable and clean. Our accommodation was for 2 couples and had two bedrooms and a kitchen. We were on motorcycles on a 5 week coast to coast trip. Unfortunately we learned after committing to the place that it was an Air BnB in name only - breakfast was not included, ostensibly because it had a kitchen. Grocery shopping, packing groceries around etc. is difficult on motorcycles, and carrying stuff, the remaining eggs for example, is out of the question. Not what we were expecting. Otherwise the facility was good

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fans were available which was nice.

The place wasn’t clean…we had to clean when we got there …had to clean the fridge…kettle was rusty ..had to clean everything on kitchen counter… things need to be replace like bedding .. empty body wash container in bathroom ..cigarette butts outside overflowing ..back yard with chairs couldn’t be used because grass was not cut .. no one ever checked on our stay ...dropped an earring under bed and it was disgusting under the beds ..the place is new and it has a lovely kitchen and sitting area but they need to clean clean clean..
