The employees are real nice and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty.

The hotel needs lost of improvements. It is run down and old. The 3rd floor and rooms smelled. The furniture was old and stained. The beds are small and the sheets are old. The bathroom was horrible.

Free parking the breakfast the room was very spacious for my handicapped mother it was excellent.

el servicio, nos pidieron hacer el aseo a las 9am, muy temprano y pedí lo hicieran mas tarde y nunca lo hicieron, además solicité toallas limpias y nunca me las llevaron

Llegando un bicho en la cama cuando la destendi. El día de ayer jueves 7 de diciembre no limpiaron la habitación. Lo dije en recepción y pues ni modo.no había nada que hacer. Mal servicio.

Mooie ruime kamer met zitje en badkamer, comfortabele bedden. Ontbijt met keus uit oa wafels, scrambled eggs, hamburgervlees, niet slecht!

The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was so good with a lot of variety from fruits to waffles. I liked that the employees restocked once the food quantity was getting low. The pool was so nice and big. I loved it all.

The elevator sucked, they took forever. We waited a good while until we got one

There is only one elevator for the whole building. During breakfast my son just puts his dish on the table, and just when he wanted to sit a part of the sealing came down with a lot of water. It missed him because he wasn't already seated, a matter of seconds. Nobody of the staff informed how he was doing and if he was OK. Also during breakfast several items were sold out (apple juice, orange juice and even coffee for quite a while).

The room and bathroom were big. The view was good

Nobody did the bed during our stay, which makes me assume cleaning, vacuuming, etc., was not done. Housekeeping went the first day, we asked them to come back later they never did. Only trash was taken out. We only had shampoo and conditioner for one day, it wasn't replaced. Closet did not close, not framed properly Main door frame not closed enough so light was a bit bothering at night also it was annoying to get food leaflets under our door every night TV could've been bigger No safebox We were on the 6th floor it shook quite a bit, first night thought it really was en earthquake but I think it was the elevator After arriving home and checking my shopping realized some things were missing, Nothing was left in the room. Elevator was usually wet and carpet is really smelly because of people walking from the pool.

We booked two rooms, one king and two doubles, they were right across from each other and that was perfect. They were very nice sized and very comfortable. The hotel was close to Lackland Airforce Base and the Airport. We booked because of the distance to Riverwalk and the parking included (a huge plus) Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The area around the Hotel is unpleasant. We booked to be able to walk the the sites due to having to pay for parking everywhere. We did not walk and had to pay for parking because of the of the amount of construction and vagrants. I know that the construction is not avoidable.

Convenient location, Quiet neighborhood and hotel, Friendly staff.

Long wait for the only elevator we had by our side. Dining area is not enough for the guests, considering that the breakfast is served between 6.30 and 9.30 am. We needed to wait as much as half an hour to find a table to be seated. Our A/C didn't have constant fan / remote control. We had to hear the A/C turning off and on all night long while we were sleeping.

that it was right across from the h-e-b! very nice and clean walking distance to river walk. I liked how a night their became only one entrance and exit. while the parking lot was watched by security.

Easy location to get to, very comfortable beds, great and spacious room. Very nice and comfortable lobby and breakfast area. Awesome and convenient parking lot.

There was nothing I did not like.
