It located in the beach but a bit far to walk if you have some difficulty walking far in soft sand.

It was on the beach. I would have preferred a higher floor but it was a decent room. Nice pool area. Food was good. Free parking. Early checkin a plus

It was in a nice area.

It was under construction the whole time we were there. Sitting by the pool was loud and dust from the construction was coming down into the pool area. The tennis courts on the photos are beautiful but are not usable because they have about 20 semi trailers with all the construction equipment parked on the tennis courts. The private beach wasn’t limited to hotel guests the weekend we were there because they had a volleyball tournament with 1000 people coming to the beach that wasn’t staying their. It was loud and noisy from construction and the tournament so didn’t get one day of peace and quiet at all.

The breakfast was great. Updated decor. Bed was great. Pool and beach are awesome. I love the golf cart to take us down to the beach front. It was great.

Wenig. Die Pool Area ist ok. Und es gibt einen eigenen Strandbereich, der direkt hinter dem Poolbereich anfängt, von da sind es bestimmt 300 m weißer Sand bis zum Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch ok. Kostet allerdings 20 Dollar pro Nase extra.

Das Hotel war eine Großbaustelle, die den kompletten Betrieb beeinträchtigt hat. Schon morgens um 06:00 Uhr ging das große Bohren, Hämmern, Sägen und Flexen los. Überall im und um das Haus waren Bauarbeiter unterwegs. Alles war entsprechend dreckig, ein Leben im Baustaub. Außer dem Pool war ALLES renovierungsbedingt geschlossen (Fitness, Sportplätze...) Mit der Klimatisierung wird dafür übertrieben. Lobby, Bar, Restaurant und die Konferenzräume werden auf 16 Grad gekühlt, was selbst für Kältefanatiker zu krass ist. Der Office-Bereich mit öffentlichen Computern ist lediglich ein Stehtisch im Eingangsbereich der Bar. Für den Preis dieses Hotels erwartet man generell in allen Bereichen ein ganz anderes Niveau, wird aber leider enttäuscht. Hatten direkt davor ein Hotel in Orlando, das tatsächlich besser war und dafür nur ein Drittel gekostet hat.

Location was great

The employees were exceptional! The pool area is very nice, kid friendly but adult friendly as well! They have a kiddie pool and a big pool and a hot tub. There was a little pool bar that had amazing service. The access to the beach was very convenient and not crowded! The food at the restaurants in the hotel were very good!

No microwave in rooms

Clean, location and the rooms space is good.

We have no access to the beach because of Idalia. The fitness center was closed. The fridge is too small and there is no microwave in the room. The extra bed is not comfortable at all. They should have adjusted the price of the room since we chose this hotel because of these reasons.

It was explained that the hotel was going renovation. Can't wait to see the finished product. construction needed to stop early evening.

Love the location and the trolley stop outside the hotel was convenient. Comfy beds and great pool and beach area.

Small room (double queen),Super small bathroom (not ideal for 3 women sharing a room), needs more hanging space in the room for hanging wet swimwear, and the bathroom only had two spots for hanging towels but the room could accommodate 4 people. Coffee pot area was in the bathroom.

Staff was very knowledgeable.

Hotel is under heavy construction, which is not mentioned on the website. There are no tennis pickleball courts or beach tennis as shown on website.. The shuttle to the beach is non-existent. The gym and spa are located at the Marriott across the road. Don't waste your money. 775.00 for 2 nights with fees and no complimentary breakfast.

Loved that it was on the beach! Liked having multiple restaurants to choose from right on site.

There were a lot of sea gulls around the pool area hovering right above peoples heads. One seagull took the sandwich right out of my hand that I was eating poolside. You should be able to sit and eat poolside without being worried about nuisance animals.

The 1st was great. The 2nd night our room lost power on one side. Then I noticed there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the sink area. I took pictures and notified the on call employee the morning of check out.
