Room too hot. Air conditioning too loud and couldn't sleep. Superior Queen Room booked was not suitable for price .Too small for 3 adult people. Bathroom too small. Disappointed 😞 Rang reception twice. No answer. Also needed a flashlight to access the key, to get into the room. No breakfast included. Not worth the price.

The Lobby is beautiful and the staff friendly and willing to help. The location directly next to Lincoln Center and only 5min walk from Central Park was perfect. There were also two subway stations within 5min walking distance (Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle).

The rooftop pool and lounge opened no sooner than 11a.m. and closed already at 7p.m. The pool is also very small and the photos suggest a somewhat larger pool.

Le personnel est très sympatique. Le hall d'entrée est l'endroit le plus rénové de l'hôtel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment son point fort (Central Park et Time Square). Plusieurs restos et accès de métro à proximité.

Le store de la chambre n'était pas fonctionnel (toujours baissé). Malgré plusieurs appels à la réception, personne n'est passé pour le réparer. Le système de climatisation est vieillissant. Ce n'était pas possible de maintenir une température fraîche constante durant la nuit et le jour (revenait le soir et il faisait chaud). Les chambres ont réellement besoin d'être rénovées : peinture qui écaille, tapis, meubles, etc. Seulement un mini-frigo et un coffre-fort dans la chambre comme facilités. Et la piscine sur le toit, bien qu'intéressante, est extrêmement petite (court corridor de nage).

Mørkt og dunkle værelser og på gangene. Aircondition larmede som var man ombord på en flyver, selv når den var lukket var der larm fra den. Ingen udsugning, værelset var ekstremt fugtigt. Billeder at pool område levede ikke på til virkeligheden.

Outdated room not worth the price. All the furniture had significant wear and tear and overall was dingy. If I didn’t know better I would’ve thought I was at a 2 star hotel

The location was great! And the beds were comfortable!

The building was old, the shower didn’t work very well. The rugs old, the air conditioner was too loud.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small. I arrived to meet with my family of three. They are pretty tall people, but in their room they didn’t have enough space. In my room there were some scratches on the ceiling and bathroom doors (inside). Besides, no coffee makers or other opportunity to make hot tea. I arrived from Florida to meet with my family from Europe. Surprisingly, when they arrived their booking canceled. Finally, got another room, but very small for three people.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect for our needs. Niya at the front desk was awesome. She was very pleasant and helpful.

le personnel d' accueil, avec qui j'ai bataillé 3 jours pour avoir une chaise dans ma chambre, que j'ai fini par empreinte sur la place en face. car dans le descriptif il y a écrit bureau, mais pour eux c'est une table. de plus pas de coffre fort. rideau qui ne remonte pas. En clair pas très joyeux se séjour. pour y avoir été déjà 3 fois au paravant. l'hôtel vieillit, ainsi que le personnel de la réception. se n'est pas un 2 ou 3 étoile.

Lo único bueno de este Hotel es la Ubicación y lo que representa porque se filmó una serie muy conocida, fuera de eso el hotel es viejo, las habitaciones super chicas, la cama y almohadas no son dignas de un Hotel

La atención del personal es pésima desde que uno ingresa al hotel, la habitación es ultra pequeña, la cama incomoda las almohadas son cualquier cosa menos almohadas, el baño antiguo y muy pequeño, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, no hay acceso al área de la piscina ni la terraza, en síntesis no tienen comodidad en sus instalaciones y la atención del personal es lamentable

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher in der Gegend gefühlt. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

Leider war die Heizung/ Klimaanlagen sehr laut und die Vorhänge ließen sich nicht öffnen, sodass es im Zimmer sehr dunkel war. Da wir nur unterwegs waren, war dies allerdings nicht so schlimm.

We chose the hotel for the location to Lincoln Center, and it was perfect.

I would have liked an early accesible place for coffee in the morning and not having to walk several blocks to the nearest shop.

I liked everything but specially the location, since I am a frequent MET Opera visitor. Hotel foyer was nicely decorated. During this trip we dined at rooftop restaurant. It has a nice view of the city and a great food.

The pharmacy and Starbucks are closed. It is very inconvenient, but has nothing to do with the hotel.

El mantenimiento pobre y me cobraron como quisieron, no me dieron oportunidad de pagar desde mi llegada con la tarjeta que yo quería pagar (ya que llevaba reserva desde booking). Esto hizo que mi experiencia no fuera no tan buena como hubiese podido ser, ojalá que las personas en la recepción sean más receptivas a lo que el cliente requiere... hablé con 2 recepcionistas del asunto, al llegar y al irme, y ninguno me quiso ayudar, prefirieron ahorrarse la molestia.

Nice size room with comfortable beds. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to subways to get around the city and not too far from Central Park. Within walking distance to shops also.

There was a slight mix up with our booking upon our early morning arrival but the staff member on duty did his best to sort this out and have us in our room as soon as possible.

Bathroom was kind of a wreck. No usable shelf or counter top, sink faucet sprayed all over the place. Tiny.
