Security, Location, Facility

The room was a little smelly and outdated. There was no single usb port. Also blankets were not thick enough.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it had a lot of room. Loved the full kitchen. The patio had an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was nice and prompt when we needed anything.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the first night the plumbing in our master shower was clogged. The staff fixed it promptly and we were back in business.

Clean. Activities on site. Food and bar on site.

Our condo was on the 3rd floor and there were no elevators. Dragging luggage, food, etc up several flights of stairs was no fun.

Beautiful grounds, kitchen was perfect and nice patio. Loved the shows in the afternoons, esp the Hula show. The bar & restaurant by the pool were handy too.

We always love staying at Kona Coast Resort! It’s our go-to when we have special occasions and Ohana coming in from mainland or outer islands.

Loved the pool area and our room faced the ocean and a beautiful manicured golf course. We were there for 10 days, and their cleaning of rooms etc was only done after 14 days. I feel that is a bit long without a refresh, especially if you have kids. they did offer to give cleaning products, etc if we wanted them But I am on vacation and did not want to have to clean/ change linens etc, All in all the staff was wonderful and very kind.

Refresh of rooms should have been in the 5-6 day range. things get a bit grungy after 14 days!

部屋が広い。 キッチン用品が一通りそろっていたこと。 タオルや洗剤などが追加無料だったこと。 フロントや受付のスタッフはみんな笑顔で感じが良かった。

ケアウホウショッピングセンターが歩いて行ける距離にはあるが、長期滞在の食材を買うには、レンタカーはマストだと感じた。 部屋に巨大なゴキブリがいたのが、1ポイントは下がる理由になっています。

Convenient hot tub location outside our room. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Roomy interior.

Yard maintenance was quite noisy and pest control has to enter our room for maintenance spraying, we were only there for 2 days and happen to hit all the maintenance times.
