the apartment was nicely furnished and spacious. Lobby personnel was very kind and friendly.

Late arrival procedure did not work since the provided code was wrong and emergency phone number was only able to provide the correct code after 30 mins waiting time. Room floor needed cleanup - even after extra cleaning feet still got black when walking through the apartment. Housekeeping several times in the morning just entered the room without knocking. When they saw us, they immediately disappeared. In total - too pricy for what was offered.

The rooms are awesome. We liked the relaxed location and fact that it had a dinette and separate sleeping rooms.

Room cleaning; restocking of towels, garbage bags, ect. Also worth mentioning, you really should move to a system that uses room key cards to pay for things like laundry. That would make it easier and more efficient for everyone. Otherwise, we love the place and it’s a beautiful property

Beautiful comfortable rooms. Love the full kitchen and having 2 bedrooms was awesome. Our "Girls" trip Grammy, Mom and Granddaughter. Loved the screened lanai, able to enjoy the evenings without the flying little bugs. Beautiful resort, nice pool & spa.

Nightly entertainment below was loud and we were unable to go to bed until the music stopped. Front bedrooms are directly above the area.

Location was good ,the property is modern with everything working well. It is very clean. The rooms were good size.

The check in process was a mess. The instruction email gave all the incorrect info ,there was no phone next to the office and wrong code to the safe .If your phone doesn't work in the States you will not be able to check in.

Wish we could've stayed longer! Very clean and nicely appointed place. Very friendly and easy check-in. Several options of places to eat and entertainment right on the property. Loved the balcony furniture!

Not the best mattress in the king bedroom. Otherwise everything was great.

This is a great option for anyone wanting to see the Everglades, but stay in a community with plenty of amenities. We chose it because it had a kitchen, which made it easy to avoid indoor dining. Really clean, well-appointed apartments and nice to have a pool & jacuzzi too!

Coffee setup could be more robust/better.

A beautiful suite. Everything you need is provided. Even though they had just experienced a hurricane the resort was almost back to normal.

The suite was just beautiful. Large rooms, a large screened area with comfortable furniture. Wish we could have stayed longer.
