Close to Mont St Anne

So this is an odd little place set back off Hwy 148. You'd miss it if you don't have Google Maps. Can't imagine there are actually any condos connected with it. That said: reception was extremely helpful (we asked about nearby restaurants and the lady actually phoned our room after we checked in to say she had a few other ideas). Room was sort of industrial (tile floor, sink located outside bathroom) BUT: room was clean, bed was comfy. It ticked almost all our boxes: clean, safe, affordable. For a one night road trip hotel, would recommend.

Like ALL the hotels in this area, it is close to Hwy 148 and there is attendant road noise. Does seem to quiet down early enough to get a good night's sleep but starts up again in the morning. The area is highly commercial so there are garbage trucks with back up beepers going off to get you out of bed. Not a deal breaker but just be aware. And is a problem at all the hotels along the highway here.

The property was in very close proximity to where we were going. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

loved the view of the St Lawrence River just behind us and the excellent Thai Restaurant on the property. also close to the Basilica.

The place was really clean and well-maintained. The staff are very pleasant too. It was really worth the money. It is close to everything you need, especially coffee! Tim Hortons is just right in front! If I'll come back to St. Anne I'd probably stay here again.

I'm not sure why but the other room was so noisy. We can hear them when they shut a cupboard and it woke me up every time they go in the shower. The faucet/pipes are really disturbing for me. But I still like the place.

Location was good to travel either into Quebec City or elsewhere. Good location to several excellent restaurants.

No coffee supplied after first day. No new wash cloths and towels supplied after first day. Beds were not made or linen changed during the 4 day stay. No slip prevention mat supplied for the ceramic tile floor until one was requested. Wash sink is located in the bedroom and not in the bathroom
