The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help in even the smallest way. Very friendly and knew their jobs so waiting was at a minimum

The room was very comfortable and spacious, especially for a city hotel. The hotel has a lot to offer with restaurants, coffee, convenience store and is in a good location. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and quick. The best part for us was the comfortable bed and lots of big towels.

Not much at all overrated and very expensive for shifty service.
I was lied to. Waited for maintenance to fix my TV. They never came. Forty dollars for a slice of turkey and bread. Very expensive. For what I paid. I could of went to Encore. And lost money and still come out on top. Never again. The birch restaurant they were disrespectful and awful food. Place Sucked. So didn't there comedy show. I think 20 people showed up. Never again will I stay. They were rude and not helpful and made you look stupid when you asked a question.

The seaport location was ideal…walking distance to harbor, restaurants and shops, and a short drive from airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The good was great and staff very friendly. It really made our visit enjoyable and ready to go out and see the city.
The only complaint was that the bath towels were stored on very high shelves in the bathroom. Very difficult for short people. I just brought them down under the sink.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, check in was friendly and quick. They had a Starbucks and a restaurant on site , the restaurant service was very good! It was also walking distance to other restaurants.

We loved the water bottle refill stations. We go everywhere with our reusable water bottles and really appreciated that you offered that service. The kids loved the pool and I used the gym. Both were clean well appointed. I also really appreciated that we could plug our car in, in the parking garage. Huge bonus for us!
The only problem we had during our stay was getting to the waterfront district with our stroller. We kept running into stairs. We would have loved a walking map of the area to know the best way to get into that part of the city.

It’s was so expensive during the weekend then the price had dropped immensely afterwards.

Location to conference center with walking bridge connecting to it not having to go outside in some really cold Boston temps that weekend. Restaurant on site. Breakfast offered.
Check in at 3pm NO PARKING available in lot or valet, & room was not ready until 4:45pm.
On top of a long day & freezing temps in Boston (13degrees) this was very very disappointing. They recommend parking in an additional lot off site 4-5 blocks away. Remembering it’s 13 degrees outside this was a hard NO.
We parked at the Omni across the street & paid an additional $30 on top of Westin price for the night.
Our room came with breakfast but we didn’t get the coupons at check in which caused issues at checkout because we got charged for breakfast.
Thankfully I noticed & was treated very well by staff member who took care of issue at checkout. I believe her name was Victoria.
The room was comfortable & clean & hallway was quiet. However the drinking glasses in the bathroom were dirty!!
There were also very long delays for the elevator due to crowds. Which in turn became some rides over capacity with guests squeezing in.
We requested extra pillow & blanket & they arrived at room in about 10 min. 👍 great service there!
Breakfast was great! Restaurant staff were courteous & efficient.
We also ate at MJ O’ Connor restaurant & it was great.
Overall ok stay.
It was very very busy due to NIKE FEST volleyball tournament at conference center & you expect some delays with that in mind. However telling an overnight guest no parking, was unacceptable. I just timed it wrong I guess because few hours later I saw parking again. & again first thingSunday morning. Also not having room ready closer 5pm was not ok.

To who this may concern,
I write this email to express my underwhelming experience at the Westin Boston waterfront. I preface by sharing that the Westin has been a integral part of my family's history. My father, Abilio Bacai worked at the Westin in Copley for over 20 years with the Banquet team and I grow up with the hotel brand for most of my life. So it was a pleasure to book a room to celebrate my partner and pay tribute to my father's past as he is no longer here.
Unfortunately, what we were met with was anything but hospitality. When we first arrived to our room 830, we were greeted with a filthy mirror as well as eaten food in the fridge. Once I expressed this to the manager, they relocated us to room 1234. We were once again met with cocktail glasses on the floor with liquid right outside of our door! (Ive enclosed pictures of what ive described in the attachments)
I realize that the cocktail glasses was not necessarily the hotels fault and I returned the dolly with the glasses to the lobby. There, I was met by the rudest gentleman who questioned "did you find those glasses on the dolly when you used it?" How rude. That will be my last time there and simply amending two drinks at the bar and the parking is hardly going to fix anything.
Finally, the hotel LOCKED us out of the room for a payment issue which a phone call to me directly could have fixed.
It's fair to say there is a lot to address. I will hesitate before rooming at a Westin hotel again and most definitely would now recommend your establishment to any of my peers or through Google where I am a local guide for. No one deserves that treatment I experienced.

Staff was awesome, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, and the view was awesome. The only complaint was the water temperature, which took a while to get hot in both the sink and bath. In spite of that, I would definitely stay there again, and it had a Starbucks,
a breakfast restaurant, and a delicious restaurant in the lobby. How awesome and convenient is that. The added bonus was seeing the crew of the United Emirates flight. I absolutely love seeing them. It was so beautiful that it made my night. Just a lovely stay, I wish,it was longer, but,. We will be returning and will recommend it..
The water is taking a long time, 20-25 minutes, to get hot. Also the parking. The valets were amazing and hardworking. However, the available parking space was not enough.

The safe in our room would not work, and the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. I reported these issues upon check out. Neither really affected the quality of our stay.

They charged us with a fee- 30$ to each person when you're more than 2 people! (When we ordered in booking a room for 4). Also they just charged my deposit card without telling me.

I was disappointed with the Peloton bikes in the gym. Was very excited about this feature however only one of the bikes was in operational shape.

We got "discount" coupons which turned as a rip-off in my opinion since no matter if you choose buffet or menu, they always charge you the same. The bill includes a no matter what $10 of service and also want for tips?
