Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell beim Strand und vom Flughafen braucht man auch nicht ewig her. Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist nett und die Betten sind wirklich sehr bequem. Alles sehr sauber.

Customer service, no one come in to clean the room. The was spa was not usable.

The location is great, just a few streets from the pier in Hermosa Beach. The room was big and comfortablebto stay in.

The breakfast is VERY poor, just a few pastries and coffee, not even a fresh piece of bread.

The wifi didn't work at all - and the primary reason I booked the hotel was to be able to have a convenient place to conduct client calls. For the price of the room, functioning wifi is a bare minimum expectation. The breakfast is a bunch of packaged food full of sugar.

Great location, it was best place in LA for me on our trip. Nice and calm with less traffic, beach few minutes. Clean rooms with comfy beds with free parking.

My room was advertized as 588sq. It was far less i measured it at 440 and thats 148 sq. Less than i paid for.

The location is amazing as Hermosa Beach is walking distance and even if our room was on the side of the street, it was really quiet and relaxing. It was spacious and had an area that allowed us to work for a day (on Friday) and the wi-fi connection was good. Breakfast was okay and there was the option to sit inside or on a nice terrace. Fitness room very small but with several dumbbells, exercise bike and treadmill.

It would be great if breakfast could offer at least a non-diary option for milk or yogurt (I was fine with tea or coffee, but it would be awesome to start seeing these kind of options more and more) and instead of single-use utensils/cups, reausable ones :)

Since first discovering this place, it is now our "go to" accommodation whenever we visit LA. We love this hotel. It's rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It has all the facilities we require for our stay, including breakfast, although this has now become much more limited since our last visit before the pandemic. However, it's location with the beach and some great shops, bars and cafes area just a short walk away and it is most convenient for LAX airport. What is there not to like?

Unfortunately on this visit we did notice that things have changed a little since our previous visit just before the pandemic. Parking is no longer free, there is now a $10 per day charge. There is no longer complimentary coffee available at the Reception desk for the guests during the day. The breakfast room is no longer manned so supplies are not topped up and the hot water and coffee jugs are not replenished so if you go for a later breakfast the coffee/hot water jugs are cold or almost empty. Breakfast in general is now very limited with no "hot" options as there used to be pre-pandemic. The toaster, waffle maker (& waffle mixture), bread, boiled eggs and microwave have all been removed. While there are sachets of porridge on display there is no means of cooking it! Otherwise if you're happy with cereal, yoghurt, pastries & apples you will be fine. However the positives still far outweigh the negatives for us so this remains our No1 place to stay whenever we visit LA. We will be back.

Open air in hallways, weather was cold and rainy. Breakfast room small and only cold food.

The property has a good location for us. It’s not on the beach but is a walkable. The walk is about 10-15 minutes with many dining options on the way. The hotel has good bones but is a bit tired. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious and clean.

The breakfast is very unsatisfactory. It’s basically coffee and prepackaged muffins, OJ and high sugar yogurt. The cereal and oatmeal packets were also loaded with sugar. It is nothing like what you see in the pictures. Most of the guests we saw walked in walked out without eating. Don’t expect any protein or hot food items like they show in pictures.

The pillows

The elevator was broken and being in sports it hurts at the end of the day, having to climb stairs. The breakfast was a joke. The room was dirty, and the noise was loud, not worth the price.
