It was clean and the activities were right in the area behind where I was staying

I called for a bottle opener and someone dropped it off in 5 minutes. Thank you!

there were 20 sites to book for this room and I don't know if I chose the best one. Wish it were easier to find the site's own booking (presuming that the best price and least add-ons).

Location is great. Near lots of shops and restaurants. There are plenty of activities for the kids Four pools are available 4 outside and one inside.. BBQ grill and tables available as well as put put golf and playground

The floors where creaky every little step was so loud I wouldn't have a problem but it annoyed my downstairs neighbors so much that they bang on my door. They have a cheap price online but take an extra $200 saying they will give it back if they don't find a problem. They have pre built problems that cause you to never get that money back. All on all stay clear

The grounds were well maintained and aesthetically beautiful. I enjoyed having parking in front of my unit with a separate entry. I like the secured entry. Just wish they allowed for small dogs/pets.

Pets aren't allowed. Check in is a little slow. Not enough towels or washcloths. I'm sorry I don't reuse wash clothes. I'm for the environment and saving water/electricity but that's nasty!

I loved the historic building at the entrance. The rooms were great, loved the back deck.

Housekeeping accidentally took my personal pillow while changing the linens. I never got it back and there was never any follow up from the hotel

They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite.

How far we were from the pool. We never ended up using it because of the Tim they closed.

Staff quickly bringing us a couple of requests! Very friendly!

The staff, the suite and the resort. Everything was top notch. The staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. The manager Ryan was exceptional. The suites are beautiful and clean. I genuinely had the best stay.

Great location and value

The microwave and the TV in the kids room didn’t work. The TV in the primary room was missing a remote.

Fully equiped kitchen, bathrooms, very well maintained property, peaceful place.

I like how well kept the property is. I like that there are walking paths. The patio balcony was awesome.

I did not like the long wait time for check in. I was in line for almost 40 minutes

The unit was huge and accommodating. Highlights were the fully stocked kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. The kids loved having the indoor pool since the outdoor pools were still closed for the season.

Great layout of the 1 bedroom condos.

When we arrived back around 10pm we saw that someone had parked in our parking spot , and we waited for 10 minutes without security arriving after we contacted the office, and we had ti text again. We have kids and we’re all tired after a long day of fun. I couldn’t get through via phone during this time.) I asked them what to do while waiting, at which point they gave us another location to park, but said they’d attempt to free our spot. The next morning we left and came back and there was still the same car in our spot !

Переполненный бассейн и сильный запах хлорки. Отсутствие в меню завтраков для людей правильного питания. нужно ввести цельно зерновой хлеб, к яйцам овощи,сыр вместо бекона и сосисок. Огромная проблема в Америке это качественное питание в отелях и в ресторанах.

The property is beautiful! Comfortable condo (2br) perfect for our family of four with two young kids. The outdoor pools and hot tubs were amazing. Loved the mini golf, playground, and option of an indoor pool too when the weather was bad. Not far from the tourist attractions in Williamsburg.

I wish there had been an accessible vacuum in the room so I could have cleaned the carpet of crumbs during our stay, since there is no housekeeping
