The curtains and beds had burn marks on them and the curtains had burn marks and slash marks on them!

The location was great but beyond that the rest of our stay was terrible. I absolutely do not recommend. The water was hot and that's about the only other positive

Place was filthy, hair and dirt on the floor in the rooms, graffiti on nightstand and refrigerator, there was a hole punched in one of the doors, there was scuff marks and dirt from who knows what on the walls and floors, the ac/fan worked in the rooms but no heat, the ac unit was filthy with dead cockroaches in it. There was a clanging/banging most of the 1st night and some of the 2nd that kept me awake for a long time. The parking lot was disgusting filthy sidewalks, homeless hoarder looking cars scattered about, people smoking weed that could be smelled as soon as you opened door to room. They don't tell you up front that there is a 100 cash only deposit but "luckily" they just happen to have an atmosphere outside the door and you can get charged by them and the bank to take money out. Luckily my card information was not stolen! Was too nervous to attempt to use ice machine, who knows if it has ever been serviced or even worked. Overall the worst place I have EVER stayed. Absolutely not worth 98 a night. Can't believe I paid that much.

It was nice that it was right across the street from knotts, convenient.

My floor was absolutely disgusting, I had to wash my feet in the tub just from walking in there they were so caked in black dirt. The lights on either side of the bed were taped to the wall and looked torn up, i was honestly surprised they even worked. There was what looked like soda mildew all across the ceiling, the mattress protector had burn holes in them and my fridge did not work. When I told the man at the front desk he said he would have the cleaning lady come in the morning and all he had to say about the fridge was oh.... okay. The next morning when we got back from knotts berry we went into the office he assured us the cleaners had gone to the room an that it was all in his computer. when I complained about the fridge again he finally said he would bring us a new one. When we got back to the room the floors were still disgusting and all she seemed to do was take out the trash. when I called again the front desk man then had an attitude and told me that the computer says she came an there's nothing he can do for me!!! Then when he come for the fridge my boyfriend had to help him carry it out and he then had to carry the new fridge in by HIMSELF!! We paid money out of our own pockets, hard earned money on this hotel so we could have a good vacation. Absolutely disgusting, disappointing, and bad services. It is these peoples jobs to accommodate to their customers who spend their hard earned money on their business in hopes that they come back again. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The staff was good. The location was good. Able to walk to eating places and Knott's Berry Farm.

Room was not clean!!! Fan in the bathroom was broke hanging off and made a very loud noise when you turn on the light. Floor had hair all over it. Didn't have any wash towels only dry towels. The blanket on one of the beds had holds in it.

Everything this place needs to be taken off this site. Drug deals in the parking lot, at 10pm they were throwing people that looked like they lived there out of the rooms. Trash, room was disgusting, hole in mattress, stuff all over the walls, hole in wall, broken bath tub, no fitted sheets huge space under the door. 3 towels for 3 people for 2 days, no wash cloths.

Nothing the hotel was horrible had to leave because the room was so filthy and there were people doing drugs an homeless people sleeping outside our room and sleeping on the stairs next to our room I went to the front desk and they were rude and didn't care I asked for my money back and they said since I booked with booking.com I couldn't get my money back. I work very hard for my money and I really needed a vacation. It was ruined I my grandkids were really scared. I will not be booking anymore from booking.com if that is how this works. I didn't like anything

Nothing we left and stayed at another hotel we tried to get our money back but they said since we paid through booking.com we couldn't get it back. There were people doing drugs next to our room and homeless people on the stairs next to our room sleeping my grand kids were scared. The room was filthy I tool pictures dirty linen on the beds blood on wall bad words written on the walls. I went to the front desk and told them and they ignored me I will never stay there again and since they said I can't get my money back I will not be booking through booking.com again and I will tell all my friends and family to do the same. I work very hard for my money and was so very disappointed

The location of the hotel and the plans that we had, it was a convenient location.

The rooms were awful! Dirty, soiled bedding, moldy bathroom, disgusting bathtub, broken toilet, headboard falling off the wall, cigarette holes in bedding, curtains, and the rugs, rugs extremely stained, walls dirty, drawers missing from dressers...it was just bad all the way around! We've used Bookings a lot for our hotel reservations, we have never had a hotel/motel misrepresented in pictures as this one was. Hotel/Motel guests are not getting what's pictured, it was horrible! We looked at 3 different rooms before we found one acceptable to stay in, and even then it wasn't.

The staff was not polite and was requesting cash deposit When my credit card was already ran.

We have stayed in this motel several times before the pandemic when we visited Knottsberry Farm. We stayed for one night on the day after Christmas. The location is excellent with just a block away from Knotts and the hotel rate is very good value. It’s a no frill motel and clean. We typically get the two double beds with a mini-fridge and microwave.
