All the staff were welcoming and friendly, the price was reasonable, the location was perfect and the room was clean and comfy, why more could you ask for.

Location in Waikiki is great. Valet service was also very good and convenient.

Our room was just above place where hotel had all air-conditions which made it extremely noise, specifically at night. So levels of noise were very high.

Location is great being just out of the Hub of Waikiki. 2 bathroom/1 bedroom apartment is great when travelling with a friend and Murphy bed easy to access and quite comfortable even with 2 people.

Not being able to check in until 4pm when you arrive on a 6am flight that morning. Would be much kinder to be able to check in at 2pm. Just a suggestion

The staff were very friendly helpful and very welcoming we were met at reception by Todd nice guy. It was near to nice restaurants nice shops and a nice walk to beach the pool on rooftop was nice too all was kept clean

a kettle supplied in the room...we did receive one promptly after requesting....as a matter of interest most Australians enjoy their cup of tea.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room with a kitchenette which is useful for families. Didn’t use their amenities like the swimming pool, fitness center, etc. but did go to the lei making event which was full. It’s a timeshare resort but they accommodate hotel guests too. I’d stay here again.

The carpet and bed are outdated and the rooms could use some renovation.

Good location to the centre close to dining and shopping and a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tubs were a nice bonus. The room was comfortable and clean and of good size. the bed in the bedroom was comfortable and the bed that pulled out of the wall was reasonable too. There was a lounge, dining table, fridge, microwave and kitchen ware. Staff were friendly and the valet parking was convenient. A/C and ceiling fans and a tv in bedroom and lounge.

Nothing particularly. For those who are sensitive to noise, there is a fair bit of street noise but this didn’t bother my group. The shower pressure left a little to be desired but was still functional.

probably a little outdated rooms. Studio apartments just a bit small when you pull down the Murphy bed. noisy air conditioning from nearby apartment blocks.

Fantastic, central location with close proximity to waikiki beach, shopping, eating establishments with a convenient store and Dennys restaurant immediately outside the building. Excellent staff, nice pool, fitness room with sufficient equipment, value for money laundry, black out curtains, comfortable bed, with good AC and ceiling fans

Waiting for the lift...

We got the roomy Banyan Suite and it was great. We were only there for two nights as we were going to our resort stay afterwards. It was roomy, clean and was mainly quiet, if you don't open the sliding door to the balcony. That opened to the noisy streets. It's situated well in Waikiki, and the ABC store downstairs made it convenient to make purchases and bring up to our suite. Overall we had a comfy stay.

The bathroom was a bit small and there was a weird plasticene-like item on the living room floor probably left by the former guests. We didn't touch it but couldn't understand how the cleaning staff missed it and wondered what else could they have missed. The suite also had a lot of furniture. It could use with a bit less dining chairs. Also there isn't a washroom that you can access post-check-out. We had to go to the nearby mall for that. Would have been nice to have known this before checking out. The gym is crowded and basic. Too many treadmills and not really a general workout space.

Engaged staff, comfortable bed, functioning AC, strong Wifi, good facilities, fitness centre compact but well equipped, two hot tubs, nice outdoor pool, good ocean views, central location to beaches, shopping and eating options, with a well stocked convenient store and Dennys adjacent to the entry
