The beds were nice but to high
The pool was closed and no water shouldn’t advertise it if isn’t open . The eggs were burnt checked in at 11:00 pm no one at the desk for full 8 minutes.

Love they use dove products in rooms. A/C gets cold!! Refrigerator is a great size if staying more than 1 day very beneficial!!
I don’t know what time breakfast is to catch it. Staff tried to give me a room with incorrect beds. Beds were stiff & uncomfortable. Rooms could use fresh paint jobs and better cleaning. Staff van do a better job with being hospitable. (Not on the personal phone). My room key only worked for 1 day out of 2 day stay.

Was ok 2nd day there everything was out,had the guy behind counter trying cook and keep all items stocked for breakfast

Rooms had a bad smell, air conditioning went out and there was a mop bucket in the food area.

Not much. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked without problems.
The linen was clean when I arrived and the air-conditioning worked.
The pool that had been a factor in selection was closed for maintenance and seemed to be derelict.
The entrance and elevator were dirty (I don't normally notice these things, so I'm not very picky)
The staff were scruffy, uncommunicative and extremely unhelpful to the point of surly rudeness (e.g. "my shift hasn't started yet" when asked a simple question).
Another party was given keys to my room. I had to leap naked from bed to deal with two young males who loudly entered my room on my first evening. When I complained about this experience at the front desk, the attendant just shrugged his shoulders. Apparently dealing with evening intruders is normal at this hotel. Not even an apology!
During a five day stay I was not offered any clean linen and my garbage was never emptied.
When I asked at the desk to arrange a taxi for the airport I was told curtly to "Über" myself. When I explained that I didn't have an Über App, I was inexplicably told there were no taxis in Indianapolis. (There are actually).

Friendliness and free breakfast
There was smell in the room like bleach or chlorine. There was some maintenance needs - microwave timer was not working and when placing towels the screw on one side was loose. The swimming pool was not available.

the parking lot was horrible the refrigerator in our room didn’t work the toilet didn’t flush the lights were Jerry rigged the breakfast was not worth it and it was not what it looked like online or I wouldn’t have stayed there! I would like my money back cause it was not worth it!! And for it to be by Wyndham is an embarrassment!!! I am a Wyndham member and I was shocked by how horrible this place was. and all we could smell was marijuana!! I want refunded!!

the shower head did not spray, it dribbled. I was not informed there would be no housekeeping services on my multi-day stay. the back door officially needed a key card to open but it was never locked.

Our first room still had dirty linens in it. We were then given a second room which had a broken bed. So, we tried a third room. it slept in that room for the night but the night stand by the bed was still dirty.

I booked my room on booking no one told me it was flooded so I didn’t get the room I wanted and was not accommodated for the mishap

The smile at check in was the best you get; once you get over the deposit if $100 which they take for you bank straight away and then take 5 working days to return. Pay in Cash and you get your money back on check out.
No Wi-Fi in rooms / only in reception once you have worked out that you don’t use the Baymont Wi-Fi but the No name. No daily cleaning of rooms
A lot of staff hanging around although not much work been done which they could do to make things better; just basic cleaning would make a great difference. On my journey to my room I was met by the sweet smell of skunk being smoked in one of non-smoking rooms drifting down the corridor; on the second night this had thankfully moved to a car sitting outside.
Previous reviews on the state of hotel accurate and all areas in desperate need of fixing and cleaning ( for my room basin and plug broken, chair broken, graffiti on lamp, air conditioner filthy and smelt of burning when you turned the heating on, filter in shower room filthy, shower curtain broken and taps / shower heat lose and vibrating and the list goes on) looks like things are getting worse. Cold night as when I turned on the ac to warm the room got a burning smell.
Geoff Ballitti, the Wyndham Group CEO, has definitely not been to this hotel or he is taking the company mission of providing the simplest and unmatched brand of hotels to a new definition! This hotel is definitely simple and unmatched by anywhere else I have ever stayed……Don’t do it!

The location was great for easy access to the interstate. Plenty of restaurants around and the price was really good.

The staff at the front desk was friendly, the room was clean and the parking lot was well-lit. I am a female staying by myself and felt safe the entire stay. If you are not a SUPER soft pillow kind of person I suggest you bring your own, they were way too soft for my taste.
The breakfast was ok. No protein options, unfortunately. There was no butter for the waffles and the drink options were limited. Everything was clean I would have just liked more options. Overall for the price no big complaints.

Didn't care for the cold cereal and waffles great for kids but not adults should be a hot breakfast like sausage,eggs,bacon along with the cold ceral
Do away with the 100.dollar deposit as many motels we have stayed at over the years we have never been charged a deposit that we were never told about even in the phone call to confirm the reservation or at all . We stay at quite a few every year and have never been charged a deposit at all

This is a very convenient location just west of Indianapolis International Airport. well maintained and a super friendly staff.
