Location only

Carpet in room was excessively perfumed/scented. Carpet in hall was the same. Very run down. No phone in room. Air conditioning was on but hose had disconnected from wall and, therefore, the room was very warm. Did not get room I requested. Tried to give me an “accessible” room. Outlet in bathroom did not work well- wallmount blown dryer. Price was very high for the accommodation.

Good rate, quite location, clean and friendly staff.

Probable air-conditioning is too lough and noisy. Front stuff was too busy and forgot to bring us towers requested.

The location is great ... right on the west hill. Easy access. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well designed.

- Internet speed: best download speed 257 mbps; upload 140 mbps. - A LOT of mechanical noise (room was beside the air exchange unit; motor or A/C unit must be on the roof above) - "Hot" setting in bathroom sink lacked both volume and temperature. Shower was better. - Lower receptacle in duplex electrical outlet to the left of King bed didn't work. - Fire alarm in the room (lights and noise) went off at 22:30 - Everything was generally clean, but there were long hairs on the toilet tank and floor in the bathroom. - There were bugs in the unit. Harmless, I think. But not what one expects in a decent hotel.

I liked the location and the room was clean and cozy. And the staff were very nice and helpful

Staff. I was simply a transaction. Never greeted. Never thanked. Never a query on my comfort or satisfaction.

I liked that breakfast was included with your stay, and it was located walking distance from a bunch of stores. Staff was generally friendly.

I disliked that when entering our room it was 45° and took two days to cool back down to a reasonable temperature. The bathroom light would also randomly go out and only two of the bulbs where in the light fixture to begin with. The bed was ok, not great. The sink was heavily scratched and stained. There was air in the waterline so flushing the toilet or turning on the taps was always a loud "fun" experience. During our stay the elevator bulbs starting burning out and took nearly 3 days to fix - you'd be riding to your floor in almost pitch black. Our digital lock on our door died so we unable to enter our room until they could find batteries to change it. generally not the cleanest, not the dirtiest either.
