Breakfast.

My price was 280 dollars. Together with deposit they hold 430 dollars from my credit card. After I check out they charged another 230 dollars and still are holding my 430 dollars. My credit card is blocked now. They are not responding from booking app, someone is saying send an e mail to this address but that address is not responding too. Totally unprofessional. I am asking booking.com to do something. I put "please clean my room" tag on my door for 2 days nobody did anything. They did not even put new towels.

Pool side room and on the app it was an option yet I didn’t pick that one

The bed was ok

No one at the desk in the morning. We sat in the lobby and NO employees could be found. NO BREAKFAST AT ALL. The sign at the desk stated they had gab snd go. there were NONE. And could not find anyone to ask.

It was good but not cream for my coffe other than that super

Convenient shuttle airport location

First night - Glitter all over the room. Room smelled heavily of marijuana and tried to cover up with some product. Dry skin on end of bed. Second night (end of trip) - someone in the room. Had to get another room that also smelled of marijuana and cleaning products. Breakfast area very dirty - dust on walls, tables not cleaned. Drink cups all over the place.

breakfast was very poor, little selection, not enough food. On Sunday no food available until 8:00am Fitness center did not have a treadmill, other equipment was in disorder. Pool area was very dirty and not taken care off.

Close to airport. Bed was comfortable

We were in a “wing”so very long walk from lobby. Seemed like we were in a room under construction. Hard to turn on shower cause faucet not mounted correctly to wall, noisy heater, outlet in bathroom did not walk, bug walking up wall in bathroom. Room half clean?? Dirty coffee pot with filter still in it.

Close to the airport was a big bonus for us. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A perfect spot for those with an early flight. The shuttle service is quite convenient also.

The bathroom was quite dirty - hair and mold in the bathtub. There was a used toiletry bottle under the sink as well as some paper garbage. We were on the farthest end of the hotel from the desk and upon check in our keys didn't work twice, had to go back to the front desk, get a new room assigned and go all the way back - a lot to do with luggage and kids.
