The front desk service. If check in is at 3-4 PM. They need to make sure it’s at least 3 people at the front desk to make sure things go smoothly.

Location and pool area.

The line at check-in took almost an hour. The beds were uncomfortable. The lines for breakfast took about 30-45 minutes just to get through... The towels in the pool area was almost always empty or only had a few.

The pool area was great, the kids loved it. The rooms were good as well, it was close to the front desk and the pool area.

It took too long to get assistance from the front desk staff. The front desk was under staffed during the entire duration of my stay. We had a key card issue that never got fixed even after the maintenance man came and looked at it.

They had our reservation correct, beds were fairly comfortable. we did not do breakfast (left too early) and did not do any pool.

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

The pool area was nice for our smaller kids and the location was good for what we planned to do.

The breakfast area was packed, so more seating would have been helpful. The breakfast area was not set up very well. The syrup wasn't by the waffle maker, and the food wasn't really hot. A variety of hot food items would have better, but instead, we had the same breakfast items both mornings we were there. Probably leftover and reheated. The pool broke down when we had planned to spend the afternoon there letting the kids swim. I was very disappointed and so were our kids. Guess we were just unlucky that it happened while we were there, but some money off of our stay would have been a nice gesture for not being able to use the pool when we wanted to. The worst part of our stay were the beds and pillows. They need a MAJOR upgrade. The pillows were lumpy, and the springs in the mattresses felt worn out and/or broken. We sat on the bed and sank down, so we definitely could tell they needed to be replaced! I pulled the mattress pad and sheet off half the bed, and they were so stained and yellow! Again, need new ones!! I got cold during the night, but there was nothing more to cover up with than the sheet and a very thin blanket on the bed. A nice comforter or duvet cover would have been nice. I wish I had taken photos of the mattresses to post here, but I only have a mental picture.

Close to food, train and mall along with shuttle service to and from mall and airport

The breakfast was very good, great selection, even for difficult eaters. The room was very nice.

The mattress was a little lumpy.

The location was perfect for what we were doing. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Swimming early afternoon was the perfect time.

The pool was cold! They had wrist bands for the pool area. Seemed only certain people had to wear them and other people didn't have to. We stayed on Thurs-Sun and Saturday Night the pool was way over crowded.

Room carpet smelled like feet

My room faced the pool and that u had your own deck And it was close to a few restaurants walking distances and if you didn't want to eat there you definitely could walk across the street and eat at the mall !! Very decent prices 👌

Its a huge hotel!! Smack right next door to the Big Mall of America !! Sooooo I get why there is soooo many rooms its very deceiving from the outside !! But just didn't like how tricky it was to find my room expectually with having little tikes But id definitely stay again!!

About the only thing I could say that was pleasant about this stay was that the beds were comfy and the rooms are relatively sound proof.

Poor service at front desk the entire time, kids running &screaming through halls and lobby all night, no heat in room, kids/people knocking on our door all night, no answer at front desk when called to complain over 4xs. Shower head was so calcified could barely wash my hair. Was supposed to have a hideaway bed in my room as there were 3 guests and 2 beds, there was not. When I gave my list of complaints to the front desk at check out, wasn't even offered a single thing including an Apology. Worst experience ever as my kids and I were in the city for a funeral! I paid almost $300 to stay overnight so I could be close to my family and we would have preferred to stay home and make the 4hr drive to the funeral! But hey, at least the beds were comfy 🙄

Very close to the Mall of America and we intended to use the water park but it was closed the morning we left and we never were able to. Disappointing as we came with 3 kids 5 and under.

We mistakenly used the free shuttle to get to the Mall of America. Be aware there is no guarantee it will be there every half hour. It says they run every half hour on the hour but if there are airport rides going you may be stuck a while. We sat outside at the shuttle stop for an hour and ten mins with 3 young children before the shuttle arrived to bring us the 5 minutes to the hotel. uber wasn’t an option as we didn’t have car seats. We wish we had just driven ourselves.
