Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, have built in shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Pool and jacuzzi on-site. Breakfast available if you are there at the right time.

It's a great place to stay for a night, especially on a budget. Great staff, nice room and convenient location.
Just a minor issue: the floors are a little dusty. I noticed my socks were getting dusty when I walked around. Maybe a little shampoo cleaning would be good for the hotel. Other than that, it's a good hotel

Breakfast was awful.. Staff did not anticipate. as many people were in the hotel. Just needed to look at the parking lot and the cars to figure that out..

The breakfast was excellent! On check-in, the hotel employee said there would be "coffee and a light breakfast" but it was so much more than that! And so much better! We were pleasantly surprised!

the door safety latch, it’s actually only semi moveable. and so there’s a massive chunk of metal that you can’t move and I actually hit my head on it.. it’s a solid as all hell piece tho.. had a massive lump on the back of my head for almost a week.

The cartridge in the shower handle is installed backward. Hot water comes on as soon as the valve is opened slightly.

The cleanliness!!! The room space and setup. It was a comfortable and quiet.
The biggest complaint:. BREAKFAST ROOM opens Much Too LATE. 6 AM Would be ideal like many other places. I met 4 other guests complaining about the same thing.
In the future I must stay elsewhere.
I chose that location for the morning breakfast but could not use because I needed to leave before the late 7am opening☹️☹️☹️
Hopefully others will comment on the late opening so the time will be changed.

The hotel charged me the full price even though I cancelled in advance.
They have refused to give me any money back and have been very rude and unhelpful to deal with.
I will not be making any further bookings through Bookings and I will recommend you stay elsewhere in Pasadena.
