Friendly staff and a great location!

Location, staff, and essentials were all too notch.
A little dated. The interior corridor was a little goofy. Some loud people in the outer boundaries of the property.

Great location, very friendly staff, good restaurant and food, room was very spacious
The hotel also hosts events so there was a wedding during Sunday afternoon/evening (til 9pm) right outside my door, and a party on Saturday night. It wasn’t terrible but if you want a quiet stay, it might not be for you.
Lightning was mostly fluorescent too which killed the ambience. And decor a little dated.

All sheets, pillows ands towels need to be thrown out and new sheets, pillows and towels purchased. Instant cheap massive improvement in touch feel and satisfaction

the room’s definitely do need refurbished and the various pieces of equipment (air con / fridge / bathtub) are very noisy during the night

central location. The interior looks a bit dated but the rooms are spacious and comfortable . The staff were nice and polite.
we booked the hotel because of the rooftop pool and when we checked in. we were informed the pool was closed for renovation. it would have been useful to know it in advance so I would have booked a different place. furthermore nobody warned us that on Sunday the breakfast option was not available - only brunch from 10am at 95$ pp - no a la carte. Again- why we were not informed of it on arrival it is a mystery. We did not feel it was worth the 450$ a night we paid for.

Very clean, modern & thick walls so it was quiet despite the room being ground level next to the road. Located within walking distance to the beach!
Per night cost was considerably expensive & Booking.com didn’t say anything about a mandatory “amenity” charge that brought the total to a little more than $600/night.

The location is unbeatable..... a few minutes walk from Manhattan Beach pier. The property is well appointed with a very nice bar/restaurant area. Staff were very friendly and attentive service was excellent. Rooms were modern and comfortable with great beds.
I would have preferred if the rooms had more natural light - but I should point out that we had a balcony with chairs and a table. There is also a nice rooftop pool area.

very nice and well run boutique hotel that is situated in a prime area. Restaurant priced fairly and service was excellent. Will stay here again.
