Honestly it’s not a property to “rave” about.

It was extremely loud upon arrival outside my window. I asked for a garden tub or a sit down tub & instead for a shower. When I initially called the day before, I spoke to one of the receptionist staff & he was rude so I waited the next day to call back to talk to someone else.

I did not get the opportunity to explore the entire hotel and its facility. Just slept one night and checked out. So, I do not have much feedback to offer other than the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Enjoyed the fact that there were dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the shower.

The location was fine.

The window in the room had a film on it, blocking the view of the courtyard. The bathroom mirror had a rusted bottom. I have pictures of both.

The location is great being close to UF and close to the interstate and lots of nearby restaurants.

There were some cosmetic things that could have been improved like the tile near the elevator near the main Libby had chipped tiles. Inside the elevator, on the black alligstor print wallpaper had a bunch of what looked like cut marks (someone vandalizing my guess.). In our room one of the front doors of a peuece of cabinet looked like it had a big water stain damage. The carpet was a bit dingy as well.

shower floor dirty… afraid to take shower; no toilet paper; very cramped room; hard bed; stuffy although kept adjusting air conditioning; asked for first floor room, husband handicapped, so they put us on 3rd floor as far from elevator as possible; no handicap parking convenient to elevator or front desk; very few handicap parking spaces and in back of motel in a very scary location.. not really handicap. Ordered food at bar Friday night due to late arrival, they were out of menu items, food cold, and not tasty.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds were horrible, pillows great, facilities were not clean, and dated. I know I paid extra for a game weekend, but the facility was charging 5 star prices but is a 2 star property.

I just love everything about y’all room and the worker u have there they also welcome me with open arms

The room we stayed on was first floor and it was very noisy all during the night people talking as well as various noises early in the morning with people talking sounded like employees

The bathtub was clogged, the night stand lamp had no light

I experienced having bugs in my room looked like termites

Changed rooms 3 times, very dirty.

Breakfast was included which made the experience outstanding. The hotel cleanliness gives the feeling you-are-at-home. The attentiveness of the staff was the cherry on top!
