Pool and Jacuzzi were closed for my entire 11 day stay being extensively renovated. I should have been told this when I made the reservation. I was extremely unhappy with that as I travel to FL in January, almost exclusively, to use the pool and Jacuzzi. I made and paid for the entire reservation in July 2022. The reservation should have stated the pool and Jacuzzi would be closed and renovated for my entire stay. If not then Booking.com needs to improve it's communication with their clients. I'm not happy and would like a refund of some sort from Booking.com. The manager of Legacy Palm Coast said it was out of his hands and to request a refund from Bookings.com. The condo I rented was fine and Palm Cost FL is a great area to visit. I have gone to Legacy Palm Coast many many years now and previously always found it fine. But the closed pool and Jacuzzi was a HUGE disappointment for myself and my family.

So outdated in the condos. Very few cooking materials. For the cost of the unit the space should be modernized.

Everything was beyond my expectations.BUT I can not return again because of one main item! There were no supports of any kind in the shower! In case of slipping, there was NOTHING to grab or hold on to. This is very important for your guest. I am looking forward to being your guest again but only if the is a small bar or some type of support is in the shower area. Otherwise, a most wonderful place and time. If you place a bar or some type of support in the shower, please let me know so that I an plan to stay there again. Otherwise, be blessed and good bye.
