The location is in Sandwich is great, and provides a good launching point to explore the rest of Cape Cod. The room was HUGE and had tons of space. The night front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

I called in the morning to request a late check-out to noon from 11 a.m. A woman answered (had a heavy accent) and said they couldn't allow for it since they have someone taking the room at noon. These requests are typically given out routinely, so I had to scramble to check-out by 11. I just found this a little hard to believe and it left a sour taste after an overall good stay.

last minute availability. very kind and helpful staff. we were from out of town and got in very late and the front desk attendant was pleasant!

the staff was especially friendly. The location was great to go and visit other attractions. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Place was dated, suite I rented wasn’t handicapped accessible and I was downgraded to a smaller room. Didn’t get a refund due to third party booking.
