One evening we ate in the bar. Good, standard bar food. There was a party in part of the bar, so a little loud. Oddly, the entrance to the bar is way around the corner from check-in and there is no signage. Breakfast was fine. Looked like a good buffet, but way too much for us.

No real lobby, so hard to wait for others without being in the aisle. Room could use a little up-grading. The Keurig did not work.

We went for breakfast and was told they were not serving from the menu. The waiter told me to go get a coupon because we were there for my granddaughters volleyball tournament. The lady at the desk said I would have had to request at booking. I didn't understand that. I went back to the table and he said we could order off of the menu. I thought the buffet was very over priced. However we ate dinner in the restaurant the night before. Very good and not too pricey.

We had to call three times for sheets and blankets for the pull out couch. They only gave us one thin blanket in the middle of a child front in February. We had to ask for another one.

Beds were comfortable.

The room was unbeknownst to us right across from party Venus the music was loud lasted until 1am. Room was so hot couldn't lower the themorstat.

Comfortable beds, good wifi, covered and plentiful parking next to the hotel.

Terrible pool, hot tub has apparently been broken forever, hotel restaurant acts as nightclub on Friday and Saturday.

Was able to check in early

The room window faces the elevator. I couldn't even open the curtain. Horrible setup.

I asked for a first floor near the entrance and a ADA room. they said they put it in the notes. I called every day for a week and kept being told to call back. once I arrived to check in they were not able to accommodate any of my requests. when you have mobility issues these are important things.
