Bagno con ampia cabina doccia e servizi igienici al primo piano, 2 ° bagno al piano terra. Cucina moderna con lavastoviglie. Ripostiglio e giardino d'inverno. Giardino del cortile rivolto a ovest.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this delightful house and we loved the town of Deal. John and Ann were extremely helpful with their communications and recommendations and we were fortunate to have glorious blue skies throughout the week. All in all, a superb short break.

We stayed in Ann andd Johns House in Deal during our two weeks Easter vacation. The house was perfect for our family of five. Enough space and spotless clean with all amenities needed. Very central and a short walk to the beach. A variety of restaurants and pub as well as the shops close by.

Excellent position in Deal with off road parking in front of the house.This is the third time we have stayed here and it is a home from home and as usual is very well maintained with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation

from check in to leaving, this was fantastic. John greeted us and explained about the house and gave great tips for trips out and restaurants to try. the house was fantastically clean and well decorated. the linens fresh and the beds comfy. And a parking space as well! whats not to like

Located in a superb position on the High Street with space to park two cars (one front and one back). Great shower, plenty of space and a sweet small back garden. Fridge, freezer, dish-washing machine (Bosch), TV & DVD player with movies supplied, books and magazines and clean linen and laundry every weekend. Nothing missing.

This was our 3rd stay at the property, as it ticks all the boxes for a great holiday home. Comfortable, clean, with everything you might need. Brilliant location for amenities, attractions and of course the sea.

The property has the marvellous advantage of parking - not to be sniffed at in Deal. Within a short distance are all the town's shops, and little museums, with seafront and pier less than 5 minutes away. The house is extremely well maintained with the best kitchen equipment of any holiday home we've ever rented. We recommend it.

The rental was exactly how the info stated it would be. Clean, well equipped with modern amenities. The second bathroom was just a toilet and sink, but the sunroom was pleasant and the garden was delightful. I would stay again if ever in Deal. Home was walkable to restaurants and shopping. The owner was delightful and made us feel welcome.

The host John is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation has all modern conveniences very smart and clean. Very well located to walk to the beach and into town.

An ideal property for us, close to the promenade and centre of Deal we were able to walk wherever we wanted during the day and evening. The house felt a real home from home and we were extremely comfortable there.
It was also an ideal location for exploring the area with locations such as Canterbury, Botany Bay and Sandwich all within easy reach. Ann and John gave us a great folder, full of useful information which we put to good use.

A gem in Deal
Stayed here for 4 nights with my son for a short break. On arrival I was met by John(owner) who was very friendly and proceeded to show us the house and to give tips on the local area. House has everything you could want and is very clean.

Another excellent stay
As usual property was immaculate.John was there to welcome us and left us with cake,tea and milk.Mary and I would thoroughly recommend this property which is in an ideal location in Deal with free on site parking

Fantastic property in a perfect location!
This is our second trip to Deal and by far the best! The house is spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, it’s located on the quiet side of town where you can easily walk to the beach and the shops. The hosts were exceptional with the handover and it was an overall enjoyable trip! Uniquely well equipped holiday rental
Property is in the heart of Deal and central to everywhere, including nipping out quickly to the market just up the road on the morning we departed checked out. Parking is very welcome as Deal has so few properties with this facility. The kitchen had all the equipment one could possibly need - nothing was missed, which meant that there was enough crockery and cutlery to actually warrant doing a dishwash every other day. Usually I wash things by hand as there are only 4 knives, forks, etc.! House was cosy with easy-to-understand central heating. Fabulous walk-in shower which made our shower at home feel far too tiny. Above all, the whole of the property was spotlessly clean.
