The room was not cleaned, trash on the floor and under the furniture ( bed)

Friendly staff. Close to fairgrounds. Plenty of parking. Fridge and microwave worked. Nobody messed with our car or room.

Facility and Room lacked attention. Rooms are OLD. Chipped paint, old scuffs on walls, screws sticking out of walls where equipment one was. Plugged sink, due to hair on strainer. Dust bunnies under chairs. Missing wall trim. Slight musty scent around bathroom sink. Suspect activities going on during night (woman running from a room out to cars and back, wearing different outfits each time, multiple cars pulling up to different rooms for short periods of time). We were told to NOT park on the street. Multiple people roaming and staying at the facility that appeared to be homeless and/or otherwise disheveled. Would have went to another motel if we could have canceled the reservation.

Absolutely nothing. This was is horrible and incredible unsafe and the photos prove it. We had to sleep in towels and our clothes cause how dirty this establishment is.

The fact we had to sleep with a knife and pepper spray since our door wouldn't lock properly and their was drug addicts, homeless and prostitutes.

Very shabby exterior. Waited 15 - 20 for manager so we could check in. I had to go looking for him.

sheets were dirty. the fridge wasn’t cleaned either a bunch of tweakers in the hotels and heard loud slams up stairs for about 2 hours and they weren’t the noises your thinking about. I booked this room for the night and only stayed about 3 hours I wouldn’t be coming back it would be better to sleep in your car honestly.

rooms were dirty, blankets were dirty, walls are thin, no phone in room to call office, mold around bathroom window seal.

Ventura is beautiful. Linens were clean.

Live (and dead) Cockroaches in our room. Insecure exterior door- no deadbolt. Lighting was not fully working. Very old, dirty carpet. Worn out furnishings. Especially for $160 for the night.
