Breakfast was dry, Never got my 150.00 deposit back and it hasn't posted into my account. Pool an Spa wasn't available.
The staff acted more like we were an inconvenience.
I'll never stay there again.

The presentation of the lobby was lovely. Other than that nothing nice to say.
The facilities advertised were not available (pool and gym), we were given a room with the bed upside down and the room in disarray, our new room was absolutely freezing and very clean in addition to a broken gas fire which was a safety hazard!!
The room we booked was not available, we booked ground floor accessible but were only given an upper floor inaccessible option.

Room was very smelly. Seemed like it came from the air condition. Lots of noise during the evening and night. Shower was way way too hot.

Clean, spacious, properly air-conditioned rooms, nice staff.
The fridge is too small with no freezer at all (when traveling in hot weather, it's important to be able to unload the cooler for the night and to re-freeze the ice blocks). Breakfast is hearty but too unhealthy even by the average American standards: no eggs (egg subs ;)), just carbs. There were also some issues with keeping the side doors open to be able to get to the car and back to the room quickly.

The location and size of the room was good. It was clean.
The water took over 10 minutes to cool down, and staff didn't seem concerned that someone could get burned.
The breakfast was horrible. Potatoes were gummy, quesadillas were cold, and with no choices of food.

I didn't like the false advertisement that their pool was open. Their pool was closed. The only reason I booked this hotel.

Spacious, staff always very nice. was able to open the windows & get fresh air, temp was perfect (no A/C used). Breakfast was offered. Good coffee.
At breakfast there were no sausages avail (they had them before), some kinda meat would be nice.

Some variety on the breakfast. Enough towels and creams in the bathroom.
Building and especially the bathroom are in quite used conditions. Wifi was disconnecting every couple of minutes.

The rooms are nice and there is ample parking. Close to lots of restaurants and shops.
Two of the access doors couldn’t be opened with your card so it wasn’t too easy to bring your luggage in.

Uncomfortable bed and shower head was needing a fix was super loose

It was close to highway, we needed something relatively close to SF, safe, clean and affordable.
Booked it while we were 4 hrs away. Arrived at 12:30am and had a really smooth check-in.
