The bed and the pillows were great

Front desk receptionist who assisted us in having housekeeping thoroughly reclean our room.
Black mold in between the bath tiles and corners, and rusty stains in the tub.
Dirty stained bathroom wall paper and cracked and grouting.
Hair accumulated inside the closet carpet.
Dirty room carpeting that was not throughly vacuumed prior to our 12 day stay.
Not enough housekeeping & maintenance staff to clean & maintain the guest rooms.

The rooms are nice size and comfortable and the staff is great

The fact that is located in the Galleria, located off the toll road and close to good restaurants.
The parking is minimal and valet is too expensive. The second floor bar and restaurant is way too small and very loud.

Beautiful. Lots of places nearby. Room was spacious.
We had asked for a crib when set the reservation. Didn't think to mention is when we arrived at 9 at night and by 10 called and asked for the bed. Called to check on it 2 more time 30 min later and 11pm. We fell asleep but the baby had found her way off the bed and fell. She cried for a while and luckily she was not to hurt. Just frustrated.

Staff at front desk and the restaurant were fabulous!
Smoke alarm went off due to the hair dryer, as I understand it that happens quite a bit, would be great if they weren't so sensitive!

Great, convenient location for my conference meeting in the same facility. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
WiFi wasn't provided for free if you're not a Marriott Bonvoy member.

The room was wonderful with an incredibly comfortable bed. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and lovely. Parking was offered for a charge but the staff also made it easy for us to find free parking. The view was of the highway but up high, with the big picture window, and window seat, it was fun to look out on the intricacies of the area.
There is not one thing I could say here.

cleaning stuff left my room opened the entire day. no one even apologized for that.
Staff at the reception was rude and cold.
