Clean, well run, nice facilities, near eating places

It was clean.

The fire alarm first went off at 3am due to low battery. I could not get back to sleep. The fire alarm THEN went off AGAIN in the morning screaming "Fire!" The morning manager thought I might be a smoker. I am not. There was no smell of smoke. When I asked her to comp the room, she said she could only refund $25 on my $224 bill, because I booked through booking.com. and she said that if I going to give a negative review, she would wouldn't even do that. I said I wouldn't and got the $25. I lied. I will never do business with Best Western nor Booking.com. I have lost confidence in both businesses. I did not pay $ 200 to get 4 hours of sleep and a disagreeable front desk clerk named Molly.

Location was good. Breakfast consisted of powdered scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, fried potatoes with spices, white gravy for biscuits, pastries & muffins, make your own waffles, dry sugar cereals except for granola, apples, oranges, hard boiled eggs, mini yogurts. Not much choice for those who have dairy, egg, meat, caffeine, peanut, sugar & gluten allergies. There was instant original oatmeal packets, hot water, mini almond milks, camomile teabags & the fruits.

Not many options for the above allergies when paying for the included breakfast.

Close to on freeway, fast food, and a Safeway. it was really affordable and comes with breakfast.

Front desk worker wasn’t always there. During the night/early morning you could hear water running through the pipes (shower/toilet flushes). You could also hear other room’s doors slamming.
