Staff were friendly.

The tv remote did not work, and needed to go to front desk twice. The in-room refrigerator seemed a little too warm (no temp control). Freezer did not freeze. At breakfast, milk in fridge was spoiled & even the small containers curdled in my coffee. The coffee machine also dispenses instant coffee--blech!! A large yogurt machine supposedly dispenses "fresh yogurt"--doubtful. Waffles tasted 'off.' No elevator to second floor.

The water in the shower barely worked. The wallpaper was falling off. Not modern hookups in rooms. Lumpy mattress and pillows. Stained bed skirts. Room smelled.

After a long day of traveling I finally was able to relax and kick my shoes off. As soon as I lay down in the bed a earwig decided to crawl out from under the pillow next to me!!! That will ruin your night pretty quickly! Not to mention the tv was so fuzzy you could hardly make out a picture. Phone didn’t work either!!!!

there was a wet towel left on the nightstand which made me question the cleanliness overall. the room was a bit dated and I wondered how well the jacuzzi would work, but it did it’s job.
