love the staff and how friendly and above and beyond they go

Staff was great, was able to call them for fresh towels since we did not have housekeeping come in one day and they were very nice. Quiet hotel, bed was super comfy! Blackout shades were fantastic! I hate struggling with hotel curtains and was glad to see i didnt have to worry about it at all. Well done IHG!

A few mornings, the pancake machine was shut off during breakfast hours. Also, Maybe a menu board for each day since i know they change it up from sausage to bacon, to biscuits and gravy, etc

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is always polite and helpful.

Someone had taken the hair dryer out of the room. Desk sent someone to our room with another one.great

The lobby receptionists we’re friendly and available 24 hours, snacks/drinks and frozen meals available for purchase, rooms were clean, beds comfortable.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, especially when the lobby staff and rooms were wonderful, but I feel compelled to write about my unfortunate encounter with two men who entered into my room unannounced stating that they were there to “inspect the room” but upon seeing that I was there they would instead “come back later”. Had I been naked, using the bathroom which is located just inside the main door, or being intimate with my husband, these men would have seen it all. My husband complained to the manager who told him that this was a new employee and “it won’t happen again”. I did not feel safe in our room and we ended up locking our valuables in the car as a result of this interaction for fear that something might go missing. Completely unacceptable for this to have happened and the manager didn’t offer even a partial refund for our stay or an option to change our room. We had other family staying in the hotel who also reported hearing an open door without a knock while laying in bed that same morning. I would not recommend this hotel if you value your privacy and safety.

Everything was fine

Easy access to highway, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, good water pressure in the shower. Very clean! Overall a great stay. Friendly front desk staff.

Refrigerator was too cold and froze all our drinks!
