Water in the shower didn't drain well, outlets were coming off the wall, there was a small hair inside the shampoo bottle and the conditioner bottle!

The pool and arcade area was pretty awesome! It was nice to have a bar available to hang and eat at on top of the fact that the bartenders were awesome!!! The food was really good too especially the mozzarella app! And there was a great selection at the complimentary breakfast. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful!

The bathroom in the rooms could use some updates. The pool was a little on the cold side but I believe it was because the heater was turned off by mistake but once notified they fixed the issue.

Marijuana smell in the parking lot in the afternoon as well as in the hallway outside my room in the evening. People in the breakfast lounge area playing their video on their phone at full volume. Breakfast served on paper or styrofoam plates and disposable flatware = unnecessary trash. Prepackaged and warmed over food, not much fresh. Harsh lighting from courtyard into room.

The other guest were so loud and smoked. Only that made our stay night uncomfortable.

Pool not working

The continental breakfast was good.. Staff was great and easy to work with.

Th pool was closed but they never told me prior and I had this booked at least 2 was early. And was offered any discount.. The arcade only a few machines worked and the pooll tables had no sticks too play pool. So there wasn't much for the kids to do. We traveled over 14hrs to get there and the kids were so excited over the pool. A heads up prior would have been great.

Great breakfast good variety.. Scrabbled eggs were better than most. Attendant was very nice.

Great location (3 minute drive to town) and very friendly staff.

Our first room overlooked the indoor event area, which had an intense chlorine smell that lingered in the room. Thankfully the front desk was able to switch our room for us. The first person who checked us in also charged us twice because she didn’t realize I had already paid on booking.com. Someone else at the front desk was able to fix that for us later in the evening when we realized. The facilities were a bit dated, the ceiling had some stains and wallpaper was peeling in some areas of the room, and the shower wasn’t great (water just dumped out and it didn’t get very hot).

Couldn't get the temperature in the room cooler. The room had 1 window which was facing the indoor pool so there was no breeze coming in nor much privacy

When we first got to the location we went to take a shower and found poisonous spiders. We left immediately and did not stay

Our front desk receptionist was amazing. She was super friendly and made sure all my questions were answered, and she even moved my room closer to the pool for the kids. She was the face of the place and she was the best!!!

The staff was very friendly. The courtyard was gorgeous! The pool was very warm and spacious and while the bottom was stained it was a nice place to swim. The beds were very comfortable and I felt safe.

The breakfast left my children and I wanting. The bacon and orange juice was good but we didn't find anything else as appealing. The pool was fun, I especially liked the shallow section for little kids, however the tiles surrounding it are very sharp and as it's located in the shallow end, it's perfect head height for little kids. My son actually sliced his eyebrow open while swimming and required 9 stitches. The ambulance came very quickly and the hotel staff brought ice. I do wish someone had offered to help me back to my room or offered to help me and my two children to my car as my son had a severe head injury. Not only did I have to carry both my children, one while bleeding, but our bags and all the bloody towels on top of it. We also did not get an apology from the manager or any credits or discounts on our bill which would have softened the $4,000 emergency room bill we now have to pay because of the sharp tiles in the pool.
