The “manager” or whoever ran the front desk was absolutely beyond rude & no one else spoke english but him.

room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly. pool and hot tub were amazing. pool as warm and hot tub is deep and hot. Breakfast is simple but better than most places.

Very clean despite being right by skiing, management is A1. they do everything they can to maintain the place. deserves a higher rating. Hot tub is great as well

the virtual checkin is a bad idea. there is a real person available and I had to use the kiosk. it was hard to understand the lady and the whole process was much more difficult than a real human right in front of me. get rid of it!

The hotel was okay honestly, $100 for the night is a little steep compared to paying $60 the night before at a different hotel. They had quick breakfast foods in the morning.

First off we were double charged, once on booking then at the hotel who claimed they couldn’t find our booking. And don’t expect to pay the correct damage deposit fee of $100 because they will charge you $250 for a stain on the sheet. Also when you call the hotel for help they will hang up on you. Great stay so much fun!

We have stayed here before, but this time the room had some issues. It is quiet for sleeping after 9:30 or 10:00.

The bedside lamp would not work, the phone in room did not work, the coffee maker in room did not work. If the room phone would have worked, we could have called the front desk to report these issues but it took a couple of elevator rides without the phone. You don't check in with a real person now, you use a viewing screen to talk to a person who is offsite. The sound was turned up so loud that I could not understand the person much of the time. There was staff around if you could find them, but they need to improve sound quality and give viewer volume control. The breakfast is very marginal.
