pool and hot tub down for maintenance on and off. beds weren’t the best. noisy environment

Location was perfect for my needs, breakfast was good quality, room was spacious and clean

I was put in a new section and the keyboard lock would not work went up and down from 2nd floor 3 times because it still would not work. On the 3rd time clerk came and tried, which also did not work, said battery needed changed. Hour later Iafter battery was changed I left the room but tried the card just in case, and wellbit did not work. So yet again I went back down and a new person came up with me and tried then said we will just move you to another room. Aparently it was a new section and the locks needed some bugs worked out. All of that being said I would actually stay there again and would also recommend to others!

Free cookies..free breakfast...nice pool. .nice hot tub..train station.and shops in walking distance...and the hotel always smells.good..clean.

It was all good.

Clean, really comfortable bed and pillows, loved the soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion pumps in the bathroom.

noise in the hallway from other guests and noise from other rooms (upstairs especially) could hear what sounded like furniture moving most of the night.

We liked that the pool stayed open until 11 so the kids could swim, the staff we had contact with was very friendly and the breakfast was really good.

I didn't like that our bathroom wasn't very clean and there was two bugs in there. I also didn't like that people just walk in off the street to use the restroom and get food. (We were outside smoking and waiting for family to be ready to get breakfast and watched 2 people walk from a side street walk in and go to the restroom, we got our breakfast and the people walked out with food and went the same way they came from) so it doesn't feel very safe to me.

Given the problems Covid 19 is making on your staff and operations, you did a great job. Your "Grab and Go" breakfast was amazing. A hot, complete meal was the last thing I had expected, but it was perfectly delicious. Kudos!
