Location was great. Beside lots of great resturAnts and stores.

Rooms and carpets are looking very warn and run down. I think it needs a little sprucing up. And could be a little cleaner as well.

Room shower was good. Lobby, Bar and common meeting area was perfect, just what you would expect from Hilton.

Bed seemed hard, desk furniture was heavily scratched. Room walls seemed dated. Hallway carpets were filty observed on floors 1, 3, and 5 and at all elevator entrances. On the 5th floor the ice machine room door was propped open by jamming a wet floor sign into the hinged side of the door, to ventilate the room into the elevator hallway. The door was effectively stopping anyone wheelchair bound from getting ice. Additionally the main air handler for the air conditioning system outside was very rusted.

The bed was comfortable

The toilet was broke and flooded the bathroom and they sent the cook to fix.ir bc they didn't have a maintenance man. His fixing included throwing towels on the floor. They were supposed to also give me.a handicap.room but they didn't until we complained the first day for the inconvenience their solution was 15 percent off which they never gave me either. All the comped was for the breakfast we paid for and didn't use

That it is convenient and near a lot of food places. Also that it has a pool.

Room cleanliness

Charged for a cold breakfast. Had better that was free at most other places. Hot tub was full all evening and night with sane people. Pool pretty cold, The pillows were probably 30 years old and I couldn’tsleep cause they were horrible.

The rooms in this hotel were dated and not very clean. I had small clumps of hair on my bed … someone else’s hair.

The location was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. Huge TV.

The thermostat seemed broken and we couldn't adjust the heat. It got so hot so we had to use AC which we also couldn't adjust. The bed sheets seemed too narrow for the bed so we were always pulling them back and forth.

Convenient to the hospital
